Monster Jam® favorite Megalodon joins the Mini LMT lineup with proven performance in a low-cost, go-anywhere size. Megalodon offers RC monster truck fun for all ages - and from the jaws to the tail fins, it recreates the famous shark body in durable detail.
Several key differences separate the Megalodon from earlier Mini LMT monster trucks. Reproducing the complex shark body - complete with fins, teeth, and eyes - required a new, modern approach. Instead of the traditional vacuum-formed polycarbonate process, Losi created the Megalodon body from an injected-molded composite. The fins are made of durable, color-matched rubber to withstand impacts and harsh landings. The Megalodon also has a new, fully removable cage with a handy twist-lock feature in front and back, and a new aluminum link design that tapers from 6mm at the center section to 4mm at the ends for increased durability.

That’s what I’m waiting for because I don’t really like these little ones. I have the little son of a digger. I don’t like it so much. It looks nice but I’m trying to not buy things that are just going to sit on the shelf. Now, if they come out with a full size, I’m all in. It will match my full size gravedigger and I’m tempted to buy the son of a digger before it’s discontinued.(talking about the full size.).
Will be interesting to see if they use this new body material on the LMT. Lexan is not great would be nice to have an alternative.

I'm not a fan of novelty character bodies irl, but that does indeed look pretty sweet. Also, that they made a durable hard body. That's a big step. Just a me thing, but micros and minis need hard bodies to look good. The smaller you go, the shortcomings of vacuum formed lexan shows. You can scale a body down, but not real world physics and stuff. They end up looking imprecise and blobby.

I'll probably buy this soon. However I wanna put blue leds in the eyes, then shave the square edges, an detail the wheels. Pretty sweet. Maybe paint it too

Anyone else get annoyed with how he dropped the Grave Digger, or is that just me?
does the nose and the tail interfere with the stunts? expecielly the backflip after the ramp jump?
Not really the nose sticks out the same amount as the Grave Digger body and the tail doesn’t pas the wheelie bar. The tail is tubber so it has some give
