Thank you for such an honest and informative review! I have an XP Pen 22R Pro & an Artist 15.6 Pro. I love the drawing experience on both, plus I prefer the colors on XP Pen's products as opposed to Huion. I had a Huion Kamvas Pro 20 starting out which did the job, but I felt like XP Pen gave more value for what I was paying so I went with them. Plus the XP Pen driver updates worked a lot better for me. I'm sure Huion's drivers have come a long way, so I believe any one of these products will provide a nice drawing experience and overall performance. I do wish XP Pen had an etched glass surface.
the pressure thing might be from tilt settings on you brushes. Had a similar issue with my tablet (I have this exact huion I got for myself to months ago)
That is interesting. I've tried using another pen from a different model on this tablet, and, surprisingly, the pressure works flawlessly even when tilted. I'm thinking the newer version of the pens are built slightly different.
How do you find the 1080p display on a 19.5 inch form factor?? Are the pixel sizes enough to become a distraction, or do you get used to it? My current setup is an ipad pro 11" and a normal wacom intuos on a 27" 4k monitor. Kinda nervous about "downgrading" the screen quality, but your vid made for a really compelling buy.
Since he gave this one a 6.5 for "close to paper feel" rating, It makes me curious what are the best pen display tablets for feel? Let me guess... wacom?

Hi Sillvi. This is a really insightful and helpful video. I have been searching for the [minimum] computer configuration in Windows that is required for Huion Kamvas Pro 20. But all I have come across is that its compatible with Windows 7 or later/more. I havent gotten any more details - i.e. the Processor and RAM, and if any other important specification/detail is required. I got two laptops with Windows 10: One has Processor i5 - 2520M CPU @ 2.50GHz, Installed RAM - 4.00 GB, and 64-bit OS x 64-based processor. The Other has i3 - 5005U CPU @ 2.00GHz, Installed RAM 4.00 GB, and 64-bit OS x 64-based processor. Could you please let me know as to whether these configurations are fine for Huion Kamvas Pro 20. Ig rita_duhovny. I wouldn't compare this tablet to iPad Pro. I'm drawing on iPad Pro 11 and Wacom Intuos (because it was my first tablet for studies) and now I want to change my old Wacom for a better one. iPad Pro is perfect for travelling and live sketching, but I also draw my work on it. BUT I also sometimes have to send the art to my PC to Photoshop, because Procreate doesn't have smart objects and all the kinds of masks Photoshop has, and the texts effects. I also want to learn Z-brush and here's where iPad Pro gets absolutely useless. Yes there is a way to use it as a second screen with my PC (I use Omen), but people say the programms for such connection broke their tablets somehow. I'm not sure I want to risk mine. But anyway it is the best choice for plain air and maybe for the illustration. Not so much for gamedev industry I think. That's my opinion. So I personally will also buy a Cintiq or a Kamvas, the question is only which one.

Dumb question but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. Can the tablet's display be set on portrait/vertical mode and work properly?

Hold on, on the 8/10 comparison to an IPad Pro or a Cintiq: could you provide details as to what made you dock these 2 points?
Would you consider this a significant upgrade to a Cintiq HD 13, or is the small Wacom still better than the large Huion?
How has the tablet aged? Any issues? Are you still using this tablet with high frequency?
Did Huion ask to review your opinion before you published it?
So none of these tablets can be used without having them connected to a computer or laptop ??
