Keep up the great work. Thanks for chatting in Girths stream the other day.
Thx! And np man anytime!
You showed the 10/8 after your opponent folded. Under what circumstances do you voluntarily show?
I almost never show, I only showed this one because of how the table viewed me prior to set up a future hand hopefully.
I do show if it's a massive hand like quads or a str8 flush tho since those r very rare
Good fold against the triple donk bets. Thats exactly how i like to play my small sets OOP. I think you were going to be shown pocket 2s there.
Thx! Yea rough spot and can definitely show up with 2s there after the limp call
The 89 hand was ridiculous. For a gutter? This was a tough one to watch
Yep it's called lighting money on fire lol but recognizing that I did is the important part, all that matters
If you’re really deep you could argue with implied odds its a call but with your stacksizes it’s sadly just a snapfold
Back to back pocket kings!!!! Nice!!!
U know it!
great read and call with the pocket 6s, but definitely a punt when you called with a butterball earlier. Cheers!
Thx!
Yep if u haven't punted you haven't played poker lol 🙂
Over bet with ak suited is really bad I think. You’re over bet reps a polar range of hands abd that card smashed villains range. You basically deny your own equitiy in the hand. Maybe if you have ax clubs blocking the straight or sets
Overbet fine imo. It does not deny my own equity
What strong hands are in your range on that board? Over pairs do not have a big advantage
I initially disagreed, but just looked it up in GTO wiz and that turn is actually not an overbet spot. Even though 7 is a relative brick. Turn overbets on brick cards though when your opponent does not raise the flop are great though, since their ranges are capped so often, and you can even force people off weak top pair with huge sizings
Bluff on the river was not necessary. You win the pot anyway. Lol
Which hand?
9:30
Not necessarily true
Could get qq-tt to fold and maybe some weakly played kx
Yep agreed 💯💯
One of the top poker vlogs
thx so much! that means a lot!
Nice ad B. I hope the coaching works out well for you.
Also, what watch is that?
Thx! It's more so 1 on 1 calls though, I wouldn't call this "coaching" as coaching entitles a different plan overall (even though I offer coaching servicrd as well).
It's a Movado watch. I'm not sure the model because I bought it maybe 3 to 4 years ago
@@BrandonSlighwell that’s cool man. Hope it’s successful for you.
thx!@@nicholi2789
Live poker is so soft.
agreed, if i could play most of my volume live i damn sure would
How did you learn to edit
Your poker vlogs?
Mostly YT, and a couple of things from my previous editor. Also mainly just a lot of practice in adobe premier pro
I feel like that QJ you had on the 2nd to last hand was good on the river often enough to be a profitable call. You only need to be good there 30% of the time to break even and with his donk bet (which are usually weak hence the name) I think he has a ton of bluffs in his range. This assumes this player is not a nit. Ask yourself, "Why is this guy leading into the PFR on this dry flop if he's got a big hand?" Also his only value hands 66 (1 combo) 22 (3 combos) would have almost certainly went for a x/r on flop. The way he played the hand makes no sense to me and should be full of bluffs. He also probably wouldn't have AQ or KQ since those should have opened pre. Backdoor spades are a small part of his range. I think you are good at least 50% of the time here. Just my estimates. Just found your channel and subbed. Nice vlog.
Glad you like it and thanks for the sub!
Some good points here but unfortunately people at 2/5 have a random factor in them, so with that I leaned towards a fold this time. They sadly will have KQ or even AQ. Finding calls here at some frequency is okay as you explained.
Suited broadways, my favorite hand
q9
Don’t bluff into multiple people too many people have to fold heads up yes 3 + hard no
will have to disagree
Defend pre is garbage, but if you can do game flow well I think it can be a great bluff, I definitely miss to many of these spots, especially when it's so multiway, get's scary for sure, I would definitely think this would be absolutely suicidal if another opponent in, it still may be lol.
Not sure which hand this is about
@@BrandonSligh the q9 its all good though
O yea definitely not recommended lol 🙂🙂
You should get in some tournaments that would be cool it’s seems to me you just play cash you’re good enough to win some of these big tournaments
Yes I play tourneys too. Next video will be one from the wynn milly series.
You can also check out my previous run in the WPT 10K Main
@@BrandonSligh let’s get it bro bro keep your head focused it’s all about making good plays and making good folds I hope you win
Thx! Definitely true
Let me know how you like the wynn 10K videos

I disagree with your turn theory hand at 5ish mins, there are many worse cards then a J for you with one liners completing, against a competent opponent you c/r flop on this board give him 2 streets he will likely get you off of anything, that's not a straight plus, which very unlikely with the check on the turn. C/R on the flop pay be thin on this board, he obviously shouldn't have an over pair here ever, so his continuance range is Kj+ pair plus gutter+, worst hand possible unless a whale would be a hand like A8. I think if you got this hand wrong it was on the flop, if I am this villain i am betting this hand on the river, I don't see you c/r j9 on the flop on this board, much more likely to have qq+ that being said I don't think you would do that, just trying to put some simple hand reading. I guess long winded your villain got as clean run out as he could of asked for no one is checking the river unless some sort of meta game with the other with fear of c/c on the river with the average population being way to nitty on the river.
Yes he can still have sets and better 2pairs, it's poker your not gonna win every time with a good hand, just don't see him having a straight hardly ever. Was a fun hand sorry, for so much texting, keep grinding, I'm guessing this is your stomping ground's because it seems to be every video is at the Wynn definitely my favorite room in Vegas.
I play at the wynn a decent amount but really just depends on time of year and what's going on at the other rooms. It is one of my favorite rooms in vegas though for sure.
And yep I agree with some points made here about the hand
It's all the math. Do the math. Let me know if you ever come to Bethlehem, Pa. I will be there. Thanks for showing how poorly you played some hands. Most Vloggers show only their best side. Ever notice a lot of Asian players stacking up chips? Most Asians are born mathmatical geniuses.
Yep have to show bad side too.
Not sure how we are talking about Asians stacking chips
