Me and Ethan used to be good friends in high school. I always thought he would end up being a movie director or something hollywood. Crazy the stories and struggles he went through. I will definitely read the book and hope his strive for success and normality is prosperous.

It’s amazing what the brain is fully capable of. What a life story to live through and be aware of after the fact. What an experience to have to speak on.

I went through the exact same thing with smoking. I would say dont ever do it again, we're the type of people that it just doesnt jive with. I also went through years of sleep paralysis. But also the most sinister scairest thing I ever went through was called depersonalization/derealization. It was like my body was on auto pilot and I was in the backseat watching my life play out like a movie. I hate even thinking about it because it lasted like 7 months straight everyday from sun up to sun down. I wouldnt wish it on anyone because it would bring flashbacks of the body tingles and making youre body feel like wavy, kinda? Like noodle-man. The floor as I would walk in a hallway would like I was walking on a water bed that had waves going back and forth. One leg felt longer than the other so it even made me walk funny. I dont think ill ever touch it again. Hell naw
