Andi sense a bit of a scope fallacy in your comparison of the two schools; just because it is true for one or more schools does not mean that the others fall into the same category. I'm simply stating that these college programs generally make that a requirement. Of course it's not true in all cases. But do you have unequal data that suggest that the comparison you made can be applied to this particular program?

And, the school culture is riddled with inconsequential sambo type rituals
They’re still just shucking and jiving, while their resumes are toilet paper to the market
Then they have tens of thousands or more in debt, and can’t get real careers
Less than half graduate. Less then half of them have degrees we can even recognize. Less then half of those left can even muster a resume
This is why black hiring is pitiful
