Since every Republican administration going back to Reagan’s first term, cuts taxes…you can see the lack of tax revenue (even if the taxes are state taxes, district or city) as open cracks, poor repairs or big @ssed holes in the asphalt. Every kid in the marching band family has to either march/play music, march/dance or march w/whistle and baton/mace on treacherous pavement.
