    Mike Israetel made a really good video about RDLs. You are supposed to imagine pushing your butt and knees back, which helps keep your legs straight, which stretches the hamstrings more.
    Also, just a personal tip from me, I like to use dumbbells instead of a barbell for RDL because they’re not as wide as plates and don’t hit the ground as soon. Again, helps you get that deeper stretch.
    But I understand some people prefer to use the barbell. It’s just what I like to do.

      @@_audacity2722 Is he on RUclips? I’ll have to check him out, and I thought you want your knees to stay relatively stacked over your feet. To be honest form for anything legs wise is not my strong suit.

    And if anybody is going to give me some helpful critiques on rdls and maybe hip thrusts. Don’t just tell me ya it looks wrong do it like this. That’s not very helpful, I’m thinking more along the lines of why it’s wrong and how to make it better and why. Other than somebody showing how right next to me. I find it hard to just copy someone’s form off of words or even a video.
