PSA: Getting shinies is easier than ever now, I implore all of you please, stop going after babies first shinies and at least give full odds hunting a shot. I promise you the shinies actually mean something if you do and you will feel so accomplished. Yesterday I got a cyclizar outbreak so I decided to full odds hunt at it via picnic resets and letting him despawn, and I got a full odds cyclizar in just a couple hours.. you should too, it is still somewhat quick and feels so much better then raising your odds and getting a shiny in 5 mins……

Im trying to find shiny finizen in the water but i cant picnic, so ive used a cliff nearby. Do you know if the reset still works? Ive been at this for an hour resetting

Literally just walk away. Resetting Pokémon with picnics is only faster in an outbreak and even then only faster if you can actually picnic without moving.
