    Awesome vlog, Ravine Flyer looks super underrated. Tyler Burke speaks so highly of it and it makes me want to ride it that much more. I hear great things about this park as a whole too. 🔥

      It's seriously such an elite coaster! It doesn't get talked about nearly as much as it should haha. And yeah, I was quite surprised by how much I liked the rest of the park too. Like I said, it has a great vibe.

      It's definitely a must ride. I rode it for the first time last year as well. Wish I knew about it earlier as it's pretty close by!

    The Dark rides at this park stood out to me the most! I'm a SUCKER for unique/rare dark rides!!!! So cool. Glad you got to stop here after the caves, looks like a great day!!!

    Erie PA also has a solid indoor waterpark called Splash Lagoon

    Waldameer looks like a fun park. My one friend told me about it & said I need to check it out for myself. I've seen the POVs of the Wacky Shack & Pirate's Cove & want to experience those myself. I'll be getting some coaster credits for sure & maybe I'll embarrass myself and get the kiddie coaster credit too 😂 Great job on the video Parker!

      It really is a fun park! And who are you kidding, embarrassing yourself in a kiddie coaster is a hallmark of any theme park visit 🤪 Thanks for watching!

    That looked like a fun time. Glad you could go. When you mentioned that the "Wacky Shack" was a bit trippy - it got me a thinking and turns out that Bill Tracey re-designed the Hunt's Pier "Devils Inn" into the Wacky Shack that I went into when I was a kid in Wildwood. Wonder if any of those elements carried over?

      It would be interesting to compare those two for sure! His style was definitely distinct, and he did a lot of those classic Boardwalk dark rides. Rumour has it, I’ll be doing a deep dive on his work for a Theme Park Parlay video in Season 8 👀

    tbh, Waldameer needs to be sold to Harshened Family Entertainment so they can expand Waldameer a little adding a little bigger coasters like a Chance Morgan Hyper-GTX, hell a Mine Train, and maybe a Zierer Terrain Launch Coaster. also Skycoaster. To make Waldameer even better

    • @AdventuresWithParker
      @AdventuresWithParker  5 месяцев назад

      All of those would work so well there! But I don’t think they need to sell to accomplish that. Part of the charm of the park is their independence, and based on how Herschend runs Kentucky Kingdom and Alabama Adventure, I’m not so sure they would rush any new additions. Waldameer also recently purchased a big plot of land adjacent to the park (I think it used to be a trailer park or something), so we’ll probably see some big new projects very soon.
