So important: "I had to make sure I was only filling my space with people and reading and sources of information and communication that were filling me up."

Excellent recommendations and reminders. Doing some of these, adopting all of them. Boundaries will be the most challenging. Thanks!

I keep coming back to this, it is so full of great things. I wanted to ask one thing about the enforcing boundaries part. I have been able to limit news and ask daughters to not "unload" negitivity about things and help me to keep a positive mindset. I am the last in my dad's side of the family and have 1 family member that we talk about once a month. The call is never short of an hour and often is about our aging "ailments", or memories from our childhood of some funny, but often the rough stuff. It doesn't help me, but she is the only family member left. I would greatly appreciate any insights on how to manage this.

These are great suggestions but the suggestions include a lot of screens. What if you have screen sensitivity?

now the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is found: radiation of microwaveoven.(magnetron)
To stop you have to eliminate the oven out of the house.
The plug out of electricity net because the oven has also radiation when it is not in use.And out of the house because the oven has a high voltage capacitor.
The distance between an oven and a person is very important. After a 2 weeks without microwaves health becomes better.

HOW would a micowave cause somethimg like this? What ever the source you should be careful what else they tell you. They do not seem to have their physics straight... But I guess not using a microwave does little harm even if its probably useless for recovery :D

@@Katixxx94 This guy is posting this crap in the comments section of various me/cfs channels. Apparently he gets some relief out of it, which I guess says a lot about him
