31 weeks and 2 days...still no boots. Promised a 10% discount for my troubles, still no discount. From Grant " hands on 3 hours per boot" plus soak/dry time. So 3 days tops...? 16- 20 week lead time turned to 16- 24. But 31 weeks?? Ridiculous. So much more to say.
That is quite awhile. I waited about 6 weeks for just a belt. It was a bit frustrating, but I refuse to wear any other belts now. Point is, it’s worth the wait, if you ask me.

So odd to me that when people send in their old boots to be rebuilt they can atleast clean them up slightly... have some respect for thr guys n gals who have to handle them... smdh! Thanks Nick's for being amazing

Most of our customers send in their boots clean) We do choose to record the more dirty ones that look more impressive on video, but as per standard, we charge extra if you send the boots in dirty as it makes it tougher to tear down and sew the boots
No one should treat a pair of great made boots like that. I don't care how hard your job is. You can find 15-20 mins every month to take care of them. I would of thought these boots coud not be saved. But, that's why you get a pair of Nicks in the first place. Build quality.

Maybe the owner took them off after a day of work and was too tired to clean them before sending them in.
