Day Trip to Kulen Mountain

I thought it was going to be a long hike to the mountains but it wasn't, anyway I still enjoyed learning about the history of Kulen Mountain.
It is where the Khmer empire started. This was the location when Jayavarman II proclaimed Independence from Java in 802 CE. Nowadays, people come here to visit the temples and the waterfalls as this place is considered holy. It is also in this mountains where they took the big boulders of rock in building the Ankor Wat Temple.
If you wanna visit Siem reap, Kulen Mountain is worth a visit. I am so disappointed that I didn't take lots of videos as I left my go pro in the hotel,anyway shit happens! overall, my experience was a thumbs up! Thanks to my tour guide Shawn.
