Well explained sir bt as a professional i personally feel in HR field if anyone of any Sector or organization want to become a good leader or Trainer leaarn to become a good listener.Listening exhibits ur genuine interest in other person or employees which shows that executives care for them, this makes the other person feel important nd there by they become more receptive to Trainers ideas.listening doesn't mean that top level Executives need to keep completely silent bt.humble attitude always boost the confidence of the employees in HR nd results will be positive with respect to Training.There r different Training Methodologies nd it is a continuous process.Skill is a ongoing process which requires analysis on regular basis nd policies nd strategies should be clear cut in brief in my opinion.Useful nd inspiring vdo lecture for OD nd OB.sincerly appreciated the lecture.,👍
