Hi friends! I hope it’s helpful having all of these faux stone projects in one place 😊 Let me know if you like this compilation-style video! Happy DIYing! 🤎
Girl, I love what you did to each & every vase. They are beautiful ❤❤❤. You should thrift a lazy susan for your spray painting projects. It makes painting a lot more enjoyable & fun 😊
The thrifted red colored vase ( I smiled when I saw it, and then almost had a stroke when you painted it. HA HA) liked the end result a lot. # 6 with a battery-operated lamp, would; be a great light source for those times when the electricity goes out. #7 I agree, it is easier to paint than to restyle;e those jugs. 8 I see a white pumpkin.. great result. #9 I love the candle; muhs less that 300.00 10 I am worried because it is black; it is gorgeous. 11 Fantastic. Did she like it/ 12 beautiful piece 12 Awesome! and the greenery is a great touch 13
I’m so glad your channel popped up in my feed. I loved everything you thrifted and made over. I keep buying new and really need to stop and instead hit the thrift stores and save myself money. I used to go all the time years ago and need to start going again. Thanks for the inspiration!
Anastasia, you put out a really good video, the kind I like, not a lot of useless talking, straight into the projects, explaining as you are doing, show the finished one and one to the next. 😅 I liked everything today. I wonder if you can water down the patching plaster, ours in Canada seems much thicker than yours. I'm going to try next time. Keep up the great work. 😊
Hi Anastasia, I've just come across your channel today! I love love what you re-invent! Such super ideas and so simple to do! I'll be following you and looking forward to seeing what else you get up to😊 That candle you dis was amazing.! Keep up the gorgeous crafts. Love from Cape Town, South Africa 🇿🇦🇿🇦
Very interesting! I love all … hard to pick a favorite! I use to love to do DIY’S … just might get back into it again … for fun! Thanks so much! New Subscriber! 🧡🍂🧡🍁🧡🍊🧡🟠🌾
This was a great video; I will use your suggestions this weekend. The large black pot you created with the Bird Brain ring on top appears to be a fire pot but the insert that holds the fire materials was missing. Thank you for the video.
Thank you! 😊 I’ll admit I never considered painting the bottom and I’m not sure why. I’ll probably start doing that now😝 I usually avoid doing the texturing materials on the bottom because it tends to scratch the surfaces I set them on.
You can definitely paint on glass! Scuff it up with some sand paper if you can (not all glass will scuff). Make sure it’s clean and give it a layer of good quality paint or primer. Once you finish the diy I recommend sealing it with a clear protective spray. My glass projects have lasted well, especially ones where I’ve used texture like spackling. ❤️
@@AnastasiaDesigns Thanks so very much for your reply!! I tried to sandpaper it but that didn’t hold the paint on the glass!! I think your solution of house paint for a primer may be the answer because it is thicker than the craft paint??!! Thanks for replying!❤️
Gracias

It’s an outdoor sterno fire bowl.
For table top fire
Bowl. I had one and loved it. Small sterno container rests in the metal ring inside the opening.

Υπέροχες τεχνικές!!!Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ να!!!!!❤
Love brownish
Great job I liked them all!
Stunning all round! 🙌🏾
I enjoyed watching the numerous techniques you use to make over vases. I was wondering why you don’t paint the bottom of the vases?
Thank you! 😊 I’ll admit I never considered painting the bottom and I’m not sure why. I’ll probably start doing that now😝 I usually avoid doing the texturing materials on the bottom because it tends to scratch the surfaces I set them on.
Oh I love this 😍 I have to try it myself 🤗
Great ideas and fun finds
Super cute ❤❤!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Great job!! Love them all!
Love it!
Wonderful video!! Have you ever tried the blues and greens when doing this? I'd really like to see someone do that.
I haven’t yet, but maybe in the future. Blue is my fav color! 😊
That one looks like a pumpkin you should have made it into a pumpkin. All are so pretty
So Beautiful ❤👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽❤❤❤❤
Wow❤❤❤
Lindo Lindo gostei de todos, belo trabalho, parabéns, Brasil
i would of done the last vase with molding paste, the lines i mean. molding paste will stay at almost any surface and doesnt need a gluegun.
Do you ever paint on clear glass? I see unusual pieces thrift stores but don’t know how to approach glass. Can you help??❤
Ive seen other people do it so its possible. Just prime it as was done here. She also did a few glass pieces at the end.
You can definitely paint on glass! Scuff it up with some sand paper if you can (not all glass will scuff). Make sure it’s clean and give it a layer of good quality paint or primer. Yes I typically use house paint as my base coat and it holds great! I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem with it sticking to glass😊
I liked your commitment! Well done!
In my opinion the white vase was much prettier in white. With the coffee it looked dirty :/
Thank you! 😊 I’ve been thinking about redoing that one and adding some lighter colors 🤔😁
Was the one with the metal ring a lamp base?
I’ve seen some people comment that it’s a Bird Brain fire pot for a mini torch! 😊

Thank you so much for watching! ❤️ I hope you can get some inspiration for your own projects🫶
I have made so many rustic bases that I have already given them away.
They’re so fun to make! I bet those you give them to are very grateful :)
❤❤❤❤
😍
❤
😘❤😘
👍👏🙌🙏
Done with these trends...
Many people tell me to sell them. I give them away
I would suggest removing those beautiful wedding rings before doing projects like these😮
🩷
Sorry live the brown vase bit spoiled by placing the cheap roses in it you should have put some twigs instead
❤
