That Yamaha looks bad ass! I've been watching a few of your videos the past couple days & really all of the bikes I've seen look really sick! Just think the graphics & everything on them look really aggressive & bold if that makes sense. Anyways they have a strong appearance! Kick Ass!🤘💥
One of the first things I do , is correct gearing . For your shift points . Wich gear in corners you can use … maybe 1 tooth more in the rear you can just ride third in a corner in place for second .greetings from the netherlands
You didn’t talked about pegs and linkage and frame grip. Very good video by the way, i like that you mentioned keeping the bike like new, witch means greasing everything required.
For my 85cc I did brand new top/bottom end . Vertex piston , hot rods crank (special bearings) apex innovations high compression cylinder head with Mx high compression dome insert , smart carb with boyesen rad valve system full fmf exhaust and will be running c12 fuel. RC bend renthal bars , renthal chain/sprocket , excel wheels/Shinko 520 tires . Reached out to Specific Suspension in TX for suspension rebuild/Revalve .Pretty basic setup for me but I’m totally happy with it
for me i definitely feel a little difference not a big one but i do feel it i feel like if your bike doesn’t need any more work to it and is running good and you don’t have to buy hella parts for it i would definitely get some reeds
Buying from Rocky Mountain is good BUT, don't open a package and think you can bring the part back if it does not fit. That includes shrink wrap stuff too. I purchased a rear brake caliper protector and to see if it was the right one I had to remove it from the shrink wrap packaging...it was the wrong part and Rocky Mountain does not allow you to exchange it. So for me it was a $90 part I had to eat. Every other company I've dealt with allows exchanges with part or item out of the package. Rocky Mountain is a good company and all of that, I'm not saying anything bad about them, I'm simply letting people know you cannot remove ANYTHING from the package and think they will take it back. Most companies will still take back items even if you remove them from the package, just saying.
Sage advice Jay I really appreciate you guys sharing your knowledge & experience with us.
Tyres and tyre pressure play a massive role as well

Why not just buy a 350 or 450 to begin with instead of spending a bunch of money on big bore kits, pipes, and ECUs?

Removing throttle play isnt a mod and offers nothing. Throttle play is there for a reason.
I build a dirt bike last two years and it was cool but here in Nigeria bikes like that are no enjoyable
Why aren’t they enjoyable?
