No circumstance (especially the ones you detailed) need to prevent you from being YOU. I don't know, bad situations happen that are detrimental to people. So I think some stuff that happen that is bad, sometimes you ask for water and you are given vinegar.
For me the best you can do is to just accept life is like that, you do your best to have things your way, but don't expect things to be always good.
You already have everything even also the universe inside you but you believe your mind saying you don't have it and then tiu crave to get it the universe doesn't do anything everything happens by itself cuz everything is just an happening
