    If a base layer of the human body is out of alignment, or "disfunctional" then a superficial layer will compensate.
    This idea is not argued about, whatsoever in the world of rehab.
    Yet in training, we teach intentional "compensation" all of the time in sport movement, via the extra use of muscles such as the quads and calves, to impose ourselves against the ground, rather than working with gravity.
    These three movement skills give individuals not just a propositional, but an experiential knowledge, of what it means to move with power, rhythm, and fluidity.

    Great stuff… Triple Jump also has a quite high transfer factor to sprinting according to Bondarchucks Research
