    When we think about being "fit", this usually comes with the idea of being able to lift a lot of weight and having a relatively low bodyfat.
    The problem is that lifting weights and dieting, although effective, has a general lack of meaning and inner purpose beyond working directly towards that "end" of being jacked and tan. There is relatively little sustainability to this approach.
    I find "fitness", especially in the athletic realm, to be more about meaningful and enjoyable movement practices. I also feel that there are physical activities that keep up more youthful, capable (and strong) vs. just pounding iron in the gym, or doing boring cardio
    In this video, I describe my view of the three critical elements of being fit and athletic, in a sustainable manner.
