I train MMA the more you spar with bigger guys your body gets used to folks' power.
With that performance, Devin just became the King of the 140# division. Imo, that gives him leverage in a Tank sweepstakes fight for at least 2 reasons. 1) What big names are still available at 135# for Tank to be able to make a big payday with? Loma, or maybe a rematch with Cruz? 2) Because of how dominant Devin was in this fight, It’s going to be extremely difficult for Tanks team to sell the idea of a catch weight fight much less anything involving a rehydration clause.
Brah not gonna lie that fight was so incredible. If yall think thats boring then idk what to tell you. It was a technical masterclass. I cant wait to see devin get more comforatable to following up shots. Like when he went body roll then pivot out he could have landed another few shots after and closed the show but he waits. I mean not knocking it but we will see a day when hes so comforatable that he will be capitzaling on all of it. Also devin could have finished him but his dad reminded him its a 12 round fight stick with it sont take chances and im like wait what? Devin was looking for the knockout at first and it was cominf but then he changed it up which is fine I mean hes that good but he could have finished it last night for sure.
@nightryder16 so now he's a punching bag, right? I'm sure you picked the so-called punching bag to knock out devin, and now, all of a sudden, he's a punching bag. Just give haney his props
120-107!! 12-0 talk about a landslide victory. That was vs a 2x world Champion. Everyone was talking about peeps getting better after their last fight. But yet they didn’t ask about Dev’s last fight . With the adjustment and improvement he would’ve made moving forward. 💪🏾🫡🫡‼️‼️🔥🔥
Regis is a one dimensional fighter, his style/skill is taylor made for Devin. Yes, he looked good last night but I don't think Regis is better than Loma skill wise.
This Haney will be hard to beat.. that jab, accuracy, footwork, and defense is impeccable and now he’s adding more pop by sitting more on his punches..🥊 Teo giving him good work. That would be a crazy technical action packed fight with jabs, combos, defense, footwork, counter punching, and ring control.. I think Haney can easily out box and hit Tank from the outside especially at 140.. but the equalizer is tanks counter punching and power..
Shakur is delusional if he thinks he finessed Santos, he shouldn’t have won but for those that say he should’ve , he ran and jumped to get out the way of from Santos (almost tripped over his own feet to get away). Santos threw 100 more punches trying to hit Shakur. Haney stood his ground, dropped Regis and totally dominated him without running from post to post…
As far as Tank goes, I see you shifting blame from the fighter to his team and say it's not Tank that is avoiding. You can ride with that for a bit. But also keep in mind that the fighter is the one who ultimately chooses his manager, advisors, and promotor. Especially once they are an established name. At some point that blame has to come back around to the guy making those decisions and allowing his team to make those decisions for him.
Devin already the bigger fighter tho tank started at 120 fought in 4 divisions already… Devin dropped his belts and went to 140 because it’s too hard to make 135
Exactly what I’m thinking. Tank don’t want nothing at 140 he small but he can beat mf at 140 but people forget he moved up and 135 is where he comfortable. Hell fight devin at 140 but he gone need some of his terms
@@sanderstee5 If he were to fight Devin at 140, what do you think would be his terms? I don't see it. If he insisted on a drained Ryan, no way he doesn't insist on draining Devin. I'd love to be wrong though.
Tank going to take the fight with Devin Haney . People don’t realize he only sitting in 135 until his body weight can pick up and stay at 140 he not trying to go in there and take chances on losing or putting a rehydration or anything on a fighter to get a win . I feel bro just gone let his weight build up in these next few months to a year . Then he gone make that 140 move and start work his way back up to face up boxing . But so far he just gone stay at 135 try to pick his weight up and train his ass off until it’s times . Everybody trying to hate on bro and discredit him now but just wait in the time and watch how he shocks the world with his moves .
As a boxing fan, I agree that Devin and Teo should be next based on the factors you mentioned. Those press conferences with Bill and Jr will be hysterical 😂😂😂. On the other hand, to build the fight, they should both defend their titles next year. IMO, Teo should fight Barboza #1 in WBO at MSG, and Dev should defend right back in Frisco against Jose Ramirez #5 in WBC & #2 in WBO. Teo and Barboza has the potential to big at MSG while Devin and Jose Ramirez will definitely pack the Chase Center. Both guys from Cali, two different fan bases. BTW, I got Dev over everybody at 140. Allah Akbar ☝🏾🥊👊🏾✌🏾
You are so right. I told my son Devin could have knocked him out, but his dad told him not yet when he went to the corner. Devin stopped when he could have finished him
Devin lost his last fight and won a robbery, put on a bunch of the most boring performances of the year, but had one good fight against a subpar boxer and everyone is praising him. This fight was designed to make Haney look good.
@@andreferguson8372 No doubt that every boxer has opponents picked to make them look good, just saying, everyone is calling Haney the GOAT and #1 P4P after this fight... he didn't exactly put on a clinic against some amazing opponent. Not as impressive as what Crawford did to Spence.
@@boxingfan2796 I agree he’s not 5 p4p yet., but he’s on the right path. he still needs a teo victory. I don’t think a Ryan or matias win would put him there either.

He is 6"1 and weighed in at 126. They need to start having height limits on each weight division. That man walks around at 160+ and starves himself to make 126. The weight bullying needs to stop in boxing
Great video Bizz. You're correct, Tank will NEVER fight Devin. Not because he's scared, but because he's not sure things would end in his favor. Fighters know when they don't need someone in their life
Tank is getting left at 135 lbs his peer group is physically outgrown him. Haney, Teo, Garcia all at 140 lbs and Haney talking bout to going to 147 lbs. Shakur is the only one however he might move up too!!!

Those two are definitely the opposite can they both have Floyd Mayweather mentality.. Tank has the pretty boy side of Floyd earlier career and Devin has the Money Mayweather side of Floyd... Them both have the two personalities of Floyd Mayweather that's why one is his protege ( Devin Haney)and the other is his prodigy Gervonte Tank Davis.....Lol
The thing is Tank is smaller than all of them. If tank did what they had been doing tank could’ve stayed at 126/130 he’s just so good he has to fight higher weight classes
@jarelmorris6816 yeah he's so small he missed weight at 130 multiple times and lost his belt on the scales. So small that he missed weight at 135 too on his first fight at 135lbs 🤡 🤡 🤡
Tank is really good but like Canelo he went up until he git his ass whooped ( Canelo). Its whats the great ones do. Tank aint even fought Loma , Shakur , Haney or Teo.
The only other guy at 140 who had a dominant performance was Teo. They both champs at 140 so do a 50/50 split or a 40/40 split and winner gets 20% purse. That fight been brewing for years make it happen next! I still think a 100% Teo wins
Considering Tank’s situation, I’m afraid we won’t see him fight anyone any time soon. And if Stevenson drags his feet to campaign at ‘40, Haney is not going to wait for him. It’s more practical at this point to consider matchups with either Jose Ramirez or a unification with Teofimo Lopez. As much as I’d like to add Subrial Matias in the mix, I honestly don’t believe any top tier contender at ‘40 wants any parts of that man. Too staggering a disparity in the risk/reward ratio.
Some saying tank said he feel uncomfortable at 140, May weather was trying to push for tank to fight Teo next. Say what y’all want but Floyd still big part of tank team teo can’t make 135 anymore so tank can do teo at 140 but not Haney? Tank said he want Haney before he retire.
how is he not comfortable at 135 when he's not even 135 pounder, he's really a 140 or 147 pounder. he could barely make weight, he looks like a skeleton on the scale
Wow, this is the first person on RUclips, that I have found that explains the "Why Devin Haney vs Gervonta Davis will never happen?" theory lol clear and concise.
You was super right about about Haney having more power at 140. You deserve great things in this business showbizz. Praise Christ brother your time is due
Bias showing lots of top UFC fighters don't fight each other. You are underestimating these guys egos, a lot of Colby's would be walking around sitting out and demanding title fights whilst cherrypicking opponents.
I'm starting to feel bad for Tank that boy can't win for losing 😂😂 shouts to Dev on a beautiful performance but he should have called out Teo since they've been funking since 135. Great call last night sir
@@bigtim3248 That made more sense for the most part we all agreed Dev came in around 150-155. So you call out Tank? Now before the moisture comments start I say that to say this. Tank at 140 and say he hydrates to 145 wouldn't be the best Tank, and Dev at a catch weight isn't the best Dev. So Teo made sense they were beefing when Teo had the belts, they're now both at 140 now and both dogged number 1&2 in that division and that would be a straight chess match. I think Bill was just hyped talking about Tank and also the slight at Crawford
Didn’t hear Matias name being called at all. Prograis and Romero are the weakest 140 Champions. Fight Teo then Matias get past them then I’m a believer
Teo would be a good fight. Mathias fight would look like Prograis again. Mathias is really good but he can't punch on the move or doesn't punch his way in. He relies on cornering you and throws when you have nowhere to go. He won't get enough opportunities against Haney. I would like to see it though so Haney can prove his greatness again
He called teo out when teo beat loma , teo literally said he not a big draw then he lost the belts and Devin went and got them from the only guy who gave him the opportunity
I honestly think Tank is working to move up to 140. We haven’t seen a picture of Tank in so long. His team is being elusive and short in interviews because they know what’s going on. Shakur can kiss a fight with Devin or Tank goodbye. It’s gonna take a while for him to dig himself out of that hole.
I been saying this for the longest people don’t know tank finna hit 140 . He finna mess the division up because they don’t think he gone come there. But they don’t realize he just baited Devin Haney in . And once he comes there it’s ova with . Don’t listen to tank listen to Calvin ford he the move maker .
Let's not get carried away. Devin is a great boxer, but he's Still Vulnerable. He won because Regis couldn't get into position to land the left hands to the body, but It Was There. Also, Devin couldn't see the right uppercut, to Close the Show, but It Was THERE. Teofimo CAN Get into the right position and He CAN keep Devin off the winning shot, by force of will. It's a great fight, because there's Serious Risk. Let's see it!
Teos problem is similar to Regeis Except Teos got better footwork, teos also a counter puncher. This fight will be similar to teo vs Lomenchenko except Haneys not on the end tail of his career as Lomenchenko was. As a matter of fact Haney is longer and is going into to his man strength at 25. Haney is fast, getting stronger, and throws way more punches.
Well said brother. The best way to tell the truth. Tank should move up to 140. Because Nothing going on in 135. Like you said the smoke is at 140 at the moment.
Teo vs Haney would be great especially since they have been feuding for a couple of years now and I believe Teo was the first one to call him “Email Champ” after Punsch did 😂
@@channelwhoa66 I feel that Teo needs to do a better job at fighting going forward, cutting off the ring, and setting up traps when he fights Haney. If he does that, he beats Haney convincingly. Haney needs to fight Teo sooner than later if he wants to have a higher chance of beating him. The longer he waits the better Teo will be.
That Loma experience grew this kid into a grown man. 140 & 147 has a problem. Tank is not fighting Devin Period. Devin is much too big and by not being weight drained, I think he keeps Tank at the end of those punches and outboxes him rather easily. Haney is going to campaign at 140 for a year or two and will grow into 147. Im sure he walks around at 155-160 right now.
Everything you said is flawless but do not be surprised at Devin walking around at 170. He is a large man who fights small. By the time Shakur & Devin fight, Shakur will not be at his level. I had Shakur at the top of the Tank, Devin, and Teo. Not anymore.
Prograis has nowhere near the skills of Lomachenko. It’s not even close. Devin’s win over Prograis was as good as Canelo’s win over Ryder. Prograis and Ryder won vacant belts (not against real champions) and both were dominated. I don’t recall almost anyone giving Canelo props for his win.
@@felipeagado7943 I like how you read your own foolish interpretation into my post. Where did I compare Prograis to Loma? I’ll wait…. If Tank is afraid of fighting at 140 then why in hell would he fight Crawford at 147 or even a catchweight. It's impossible for either fighter. Let’s be fair here. Tank said that stuff before Haney moved up to 140 and I believe he was talking about Ryan not Haney. Also Regis was a champ and I won’t call him a bum. He’s not. But he was very similar to Kambosos. Lack of footwork and slickness and speed. Haney was too fast too slick too skilled HANEY LOOKED FANTASTIC BUT Regis is not Tank. With that said I LOVE WHAT BILL AND HANEY ARE DOING CALL HIM OUT!!!! That’s a big fight. Haney is growing as a boxer and entertainer. He sold out the joint. This would be a big big fight Tank. Stop the “you can’t sell” BS I m a Tank fan but it’s time to call him out. Finally Shakur is punching air like a MF right now. Haney faced a big puncher and BOXED. He kept distance the LEGIT WAY which is boxing and hit and not get hit. Shakur btch a** ran ad made excuses. Ya can either do 2 things. Admit Shakur ain’t that dude or give Edwin MAJOR CREDIT for not just being a “big puncher” like Regis. That boy skilled as f. Slick. Fast. Great footwork. High IQ and THEN he’s an elite puncher. Sure he didn’t perform well but he was smart enough to know if he chased Shakur he was getting tagged. That was the game plan and he stuck to it. Dry Shakur out by not going at him. Refs gave the fight to the A side. End of story Finally Haney can we get you vs Matias, Teo or Russell next? Those are great fights

120-107!! 12-0 talk about a landslide victory. That was vs a 2x world Champion. Everyone was talking about peeps getting better after their last fight. But yet they didn’t ask about Dev’s last fight . With the adjustment and improvement he would’ve made moving forward. 💪🏾🫡🫡‼️‼️🔥🔥
Regis is dog shit he was gifted his last fight no way ur serious rn regis was a bum before devin and is a bum after devin
That fight was fixed.
(Damn, you casuals don't know shit about boxing!)
A 2 time world champion who fought who let’s keep it real Regis might have the worse feet in boxing
Regis is a one dimensional fighter, his style/skill is taylor made for Devin. Yes, he looked good last night but I don't think Regis is better than Loma skill wise.

Watched this fight at Chase Center for the first time. Amazing Fight Card and Devin Haney performed amazing. Will never forget this.
I absolutely agree. Unification at 140 Teofimo vs Devin would be a great matchup
This Haney will be hard to beat.. that jab, accuracy, footwork, and defense is impeccable and now he’s adding more pop by sitting more on his punches..🥊
Teo giving him good work.
Wym he won 12 straight
Regis is slow santos had speed power and boxing IQ

Always appreciate you being REAL. Love your channel
Teo vs barboza is a good fight. But Haney wipes Jose clear like he did with Regis
💯 Facts...just a good business move and builds up the fight cause we definitely know that Shakur/Gervonta are not next
I think haney vs barboza is better…
2 fight deal with Teo and Haney sounds better. One in NY. One in the Bay. Ryan should fight Rolly then move up.
Teo ain't fighting Dev. He seems to not wanna fight anyone these days. He's coasting off his last fight and dragging it out.
You are so right. I told my son Devin could have knocked him out, but his dad told him not yet when he went to the corner. Devin stopped when he could have finished him
Facts , stick to the gameplan dev ,stay away from that left
Or maybe he doesnt have that killer instinct.
He can’t finish a fight idk why that’s hard to accept but who needs to finish when he can win on the cards
😂 😂 If Devin could've got a stoppage he would have. Stop the cap. Haney ain't cut like that.. He did what he was suppose to
You right about that so it will be tank an shakur Devin ant coming back down to 135
Devin deserves all the praise tank gets. Haney here for the sport tank here for the "bag"
Devin lost his last fight and won a robbery, put on a bunch of the most boring performances of the year, but had one good fight against a subpar boxer and everyone is praising him. This fight was designed to make Haney look good.

Espinoza showed so much heart and never stopped, I knew he would pull it out. He would not be denied. After the 10th, he asked how many rounds left. He let it all out in the ring. He wasn’t even aware of what round he was in…. No time for that. I’m giving it all. He won over a lot of true boxing fans.
He was winning round 1-5 until the knockdown. I gave Ramirez 3 rounds. Espinoza was not going to be denied 💯
Fight of the yr?
He is 6"1 and weighed in at 126. They need to start having height limits on each weight division. That man walks around at 160+ and starves himself to make 126. The weight bullying needs to stop in boxing
@rubencampos6040 6"1 walks around at 135 wtf is he just a skeleton all year around. He definitely weighs 160 when he is rehydrated.
Great video Bizz. You're correct, Tank will NEVER fight Devin. Not because he's scared, but because he's not sure things would end in his favor. Fighters know when they don't need someone in their life
That’s what scared is.
Facts, and you do know boxing as Roger Mayweather would say
Tank is getting left at 135 lbs his peer group is physically outgrown him. Haney, Teo, Garcia all at 140 lbs and Haney talking bout to going to 147 lbs. Shakur is the only one however he might move up too!!!
They are all bigger guys so that’s pretty standard bro

I'm not taking nothing from Tank but he's very talented as far as his skills a.d knocking out his opponents but Tank is a more of the money aspect of the sport of boxing cause he cares less about the belts and Devin on the other hand he more on focusing on legacy aspect of boxing...
This right here
@jarelmorris6816 yeah he's so small he missed weight at 130 multiple times and lost his belt on the scales.
He never fights champions. He could've fought Inoue but he won't despite their offer
Exactly!!
The only other guy at 140 who had a dominant performance was Teo. They both champs at 140 so do a 50/50 split or a 40/40 split and winner gets 20% purse. That fight been brewing for years make it happen next! I still think a 100% Teo wins
Teo vs Dev is the fight to be made at 140
Teo going to duck again, but this time he can't use the email champ excuse...
Unfortunately Teo is asking for 20million! Ask Eddie Hearn who also said Teo is asking for what he doesn't bring to the table!!!
Teo don’t want the fight. He pricing himself out
Teo only sold 4k tickets in New York how he gonna get 50/50
Devin did display amazing discipline for being 135 for so long. That dude must’ve been super fasting to make that
Salute on the Bombsquad shirt. Good prediction and post fight analysis as well. 🤙🏿
He’s talking about 147 dude is not fighting tank lol
Shakur would just look stupid going to 140 right now
Haney is going to fight Sándor Martin….
Tank is already talking about fighting beginning of 2025
Tank and Shakur Stevenson will never fight Davin Haney in 140 because they know he will beat the shit put them.
Tank is on his 3rd weightclass he been said he wasnt going back to 140 because hes not comfortable at 140.
how is he not comfortable at 135 when he's not even 135 pounder, he's really a 140 or 147 pounder. he could barely make weight, he looks like a skeleton on the scale

I'm starting to feel bad for Tank that boy can't win for losing 😂😂 shouts to Dev on a beautiful performance but he should have called out Teo since they've been funking since 135. Great call last night sir
I was waiting for the teo call out from them
@@bigtim3248 That made more sense for the most part we all agreed Dev came in around 150-155.
Teo wants 20 mil remember
Same thing I was thinking!!!
Teo and haney is a grudge match! Thats gonna sell

I’m starting to think Tank shoulda got Devin when he had a chance. His chances of winning are getting slimmer and slimmer.
He gotta put hand on him if he's the best let's make it happen I stand on that
I definitely agree! There is no reason for Haney to go back down to 140. I see him fighting at 147 in a couple of years
No reason to go to 135 you mean
Didn’t hear Matias name being called at all. Prograis and Romero are the weakest 140 Champions. Fight Teo then Matias get past them then I’m a believer
do you believe in Tank?
Teo would be a good fight. Mathias fight would look like Prograis again. Mathias is really good but he can't punch on the move or doesn't punch his way in. He relies on cornering you and throws when you have nowhere to go. He won't get enough opportunities against Haney. I would like to see it though so Haney can prove his greatness again
But ur a believer in teo? 😂
And who does Tank have to fight? You clowns always want Haney to take on everybody while Tank fights nobody.
He called teo out when teo beat loma , teo literally said he not a big draw then he lost the belts and Devin went and got them from the only guy who gave him the opportunity
I love the way you break it down bizz always on point
Teofimo vs Devin super fight that’s a legacy fight
Let's see it!
he win because he better than regis, out class, u don't know shit
Devin will outclass teo just how he outclassed Regis and Kambosos
Cut it out
Teos problem is similar to Regeis Except Teos got better footwork, teos also a counter puncher. This fight will be similar to teo vs Lomenchenko except Haneys not on the end tail of his career as Lomenchenko was. As a matter of fact Haney is longer and is going into to his man strength at 25. Haney is fast, getting stronger, and throws way more punches.
So devin can’t come down 135 cause it’s gone make him uncomfortable but tank gotta go to 140 where he is uncomfortable lol I get it
Tank walk around fat ash and over weight all year. It’s nothing for him to go to 140

@@CesarMedina-kw7ih honest mistake. But yes that’s a good matchup! Who wins?
Facts 💯💯
Everything you said is flawless but do not be surprised at Devin walking around at 170. He is a large man who fights small. By the time Shakur & Devin fight, Shakur will not be at his level. I had Shakur at the top of the Tank, Devin, and Teo. Not anymore.
@@R-Willyeah Devin Haney even at 135 was probably walking around 165 he too big for those small weight classes

Haney was too fast too slick too skilled

Well we the people gon have to protest that
Devin reminded me off Muhammad Ali n I never experienced Ali but when he was fighting I stop n said he got that Ali energy plus he surprised me with how good he is
Props to Devin for outclassing Regis. I personally saw it going down like that but in a more boring fashion but Haney impressed me and I certainly wasn’t bored.
I believe Tank would have put Regis lights out in less than 7 rounds and that’s being generous to Regis.
Bizz, I remember when Haney finished his match with Loma and talked about moving up to fight prograis they said he was running from Shakur and tank so many people in the comments said Haney trapped himself that if he fought Regis he would get exposed for having a glass chin that Regis would hurt him.
