Your process was complicated compared to ours. We did the background stuff here and sent to our lawyers. Went to panama for a long weekend, saw the lawyers on Thursday, went to immigration for pictures and temporary card on Monday. Lawyer did all if the heavy lifting for us😅
@@deniseporter7708 nice! I think I forgot to mention that I came back each time with suitcases and used those trips to scout for housing. Happy to hear that your process was easy peasy. 🎉🎉
Nice video in every respect, and extremely informative as always. 👏 The thing is this, and hence what makes your videos different, that you're not "pushing business" so to speak in your videos. Since there's no "advertising" agenda, your content is received as honest and transparent which is refreshing. It also helps that you give a balanced view, and that you leave final decisions up to the individual. Essentially, you're always objective, and I've said that before. I'm still travelling (notice the deliberate Commonwealth spelling 😉), but it's definitely a pleasure to look at your videos. Thanks again for this wealth of information, and for your time; we appreciate your hard and high quality work which you give to us so freely. Chin up and keep smiling always. 😉 ✨ 👏 🎈
I was really broken up over those visa changes. I just missed the 5k bank account visa. I have military disability, but it is at 80% not 100%. I'm hopeful it still can be used. I'm super excited about getting a second Visa. I'm here now for two months and loving it. I will say I was here 6 years ago, and the cost of living seems a lot higher now. Groceries seem comparable to US prices. Even local brands.
Q I'm thinking of renting for 180 days in Panama to determine if this is the place for me and then apply for Long term Visa.. is that the best route? Thanks
@@Panamasass I think it is a great idea to rent for a bit of time so that you get a true idea of what it is like to live here. The time frame all depends on you. 👊🏽🇵🇦

We have been investigating moving for the last year or so. We are finally getting more serious and looking for an immigration lawyer. Can anyone suggest one they used and/or recommend?? (I just got to that part of the video, but would still like a reference if someone has one)
