Good morning, thanks for practicing with me today! In this 10 minute morning yoga class, I'm going to take you through an energizing and powerful yoga class that won't involve any downward dogs, planks or chaturangas.
We'll work a lot on our balance and leg strength wit this short flow while of course giving ourselves a nice stretch. This is an intermediate morning yoga class with no props required. If you're dealing with a wrist or shoulder injury, this is a great option for you. Sometimes it's also nice to just take a break from those poses.

Agree! Sometimes my neck and shoulders get a little cranky. So it was really nice to see a practice without down dog and plank etc.

Oh my goodness, this class was so much fun! The focus on balance was really neat. I’ve noticed that in yoga there seems to be a focus on stretching and strength for beginners, but I know I definitely need to work on my balance, too. Thank you ❤️

This is perfect for me. My wrists haven't been liking weight on them so doing yoga has been tough. This is gonna be much used
Perhaps you could try using workout gloves that have the strap that wraps around the wrist? When my wrists give me trouble those help a lot with stabilizing them. The gloves tend to have a little cushion on the palms too which is nice if you’re in downward dog. Hope you feel well soon ✌🏼
Strength and balance, with no pressure on the wrists or shoulders. Yes, I would like more of these types. So many teachers focus too much on sun salutations, so thank you for this type.

I've been doing your 10 and 15 min morning yoga videos for 2 months now and they have changed my mind and body! My body hasn't felt (and looked) this good since before my pregnancy 3 years ago! I love the one word intentions as they bring me calm and focus. I especially love the hands-free videos because I always have sore wrists from picking up my son and sewing (my small business). I've had a couple of wrist injuries in the past and they've never felt terribly strong or sturdy. While I absolutely understand the importance of strengthening them, it was refreshing to have a class that didn't rely on supporting my weight with my hands.

Just wanted to tell you that I have been joining your classes almost every morning for the last year. My body and mind thank you. I'm getting ready to do my first solo road trip where I'll be camping out of my car. I've been practicing the "no hands" yoga for my trip. I hope I can memorize it. I think it will be a good practice for getting out of the car and stretching my body out without laying down on the ground and needing a mat. Hope you do more of these. Also good when backpacking. Hope you have been enjoying your horse. Thank you
