Y’all should really check out “Outside” by staind as well, personally my favorite from them
Totally do the first live version with Fred durst was the best version with alot of emotion behind the performance
I concur! 🤟🏻👌🏻😎
Yeah outside really shows Aaron's singing talent. Idk that song holds a special place in my heart. Glad they (staind) reunited.
Me too
I love that album
Aaron is one of the greatest singer song writers of this generation.....everyone is telling to react to the most popular songs like "outside" "something to remind me" "so far away", but lets go waaaay back with "Come Again" or "Spleen" or "Excess Baggage" or "me" or "just go" or" home" or "raw" Oh and all you STAIND fans here listening and watching....Aaron and Mike confirmed that NEW STAIND is on the way!!!!!!!!
And open youre eyes
Facts
Fucking Facts! Aaron Lewis is another level.
I think you just named off the entire self titled album lol.
So Fay Away by Staind was a go to for me for a long time
His cover of ‘what hurts the most’ is amazing. Aaron actually changed genre to Americana country
My wife and I saw his country show in Amarillo and couple years ago. It was phenomenal!
@@charleysage5827 If your lucky enough, not to be at a show where his whiny ass walks off in the middle.
@@scottthompson4193 facts😂
It is amazing
Aaron Lewis switching to country is one of the biggest travesties in music history.
It's been awhile. That fits each and everyone's lives. No matter how deep or surface level the displacement we can all relate in way or other. Another 💯 to our Great reactors Shawn N Mel.
Yeah that a great song too
It's such a good song especially to those who are struggling with addiction, that's what this song is about, awesome reaction
Great voice, Aaron definitely has a soothing voice...he also can scream it, check out their older songs, (Mudshovel), it’s the first song I heard from them 🤘🏼
Staind something to remind you live!
Sweet!
Right here by staind is another good one
Mudshovel
For you
So far away. Are good too
I played Outside from them at my big brothers funeral! Be and my brother were addicts and my brother best friend never made it through the process of getting better and healing! RIP Tom! But i got 10 years clean and feel amazing and staind got me through some very very very dark days! Thanks for playing!
Y'all gotta do, the live version of Staind, (Something to remind you). It's a very powerful song and you will connect with the instruments in the first 20 or so seconds.
Agreed!
I agree. A must see/listen.
Seen them open for godsmack, absolutely amazing 🤘
My nieces 2 yr. old will stop whatever he's doing to watch Something to Remind You. He's mesmerized lol me too. My choice of funeral songs too.
He sings country music now and it is equally as good and just as deep. His voice it beautiful
This is one of my favorite 90s song. So personal but relatable as well. Great song 💗🕊️
I've always loved Aaron Lewis! Never saw the video, so thank you. ❤️🤘
Staind-epyphany, home, waste, mudshovel. Just a few of my favorites!
You should really do so far away by them or country boy by Aaron Lewis himself!!
Story Time: I haven't heard so far away since 2002, it was playing when I was told my grandmother died.
Finally you guys are the only big reaction channel that has reacted to Staind they are such a good band as well as one of the pioneers of the rock and metal genre in my opinion I hope you react to more of there music in future videos this made my day 😀
Amazing voice and talent. He is AMAZING live too!
Guys check out there song "outside" live with Fred Durst
Don't let it "be a while" until your next reaction to Staind! 😉
🔥 Outside by Staind 🔥
Such a great song man
Amazing song! Jon Wysocki is such an underrated drummer.
Blue October- The worry list 💙 its so beautiful and the lead singer is a very passionate artist. You'll love his work.
I used to go see Staind before they were famous & played local bars & clubs. We're from same town.
Epiphany is a personal favorite by them, definitely a very beautiful and emotional piece.
This is a good one you should do Outside and my other favorite Mudshovel. And oddly enough Aaron Lewis sings country music now.
Aaron always sings with emotions you can feel. One one the best vocalist ever!!! Check out more of his country songs or Staind, can't go wrong with either
Love y’all! One of my favorite Staind songs.🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Aaron Lewis has such a beautiful voice. You should definitely try Something to remind you...live version.. you can really feel that song. Epiphany is one of my favorites, too. Much love Shawn and Mel ❤️️
Epiphany is my favorite song from Staind❤️
This is the most honest, raw song I've ever heard.
Great reaction. I was waiting for this one and many more of their songs. Such a powerful voice.
Staind is a good one...I remember when Aaron sang this acoustic 2 feet from me ...it was awesome!
Lol don't you mean "outside" is a good one? Staind is the bandname lol
That's a great song... Just wish you didn't watch the edited version. Another good one from Stained is 'Outside'...and if you do watch and react to it watch it live from 'The Family Values Tour' with Fred Durst, the lead singer from Limp Bizkit backing him up. That performance is powerful!!
What do you mean by “edited version”?
@@Damien_Paxton I think they mean it’s the censored version - the swear words are taken out.
Great reaction. You should react to Home - Staind too
Yet another band that is AMAZING live.
What I love about Sean and Mell is that you are into the music not stopping the video
I love Staind. Aaron sings with raw emotions. He's good I seen him live and he was better live then in a sound proof room. What a voice... Great reaction you guys.
You both approach these songs with such thoughtfulness, and really listen to the lyrics. Love your reactions - thank you!
The live version of Something to remind you.
You won't regret it.. arron is telling more of his story. A must see and listen.
I love watching people who are moved by the same music that moves me.
My favorite band ever, alot of people aren't impressed by them because they don't understand the lyrics and sound
This was the best music of the late ‘90’s.
Still love it.
One of my all time favorites! Great reaction! Staind has many great songs!
I can relate to this song more than you know
One of the greatest lines in music "I can still remember just the way you taste
I like all staind songs hard rock, love songs, pain, lyrics, please reaction to more!

"The Way I Am" is another heartfelt banger from these guys :)
In 2002, i was with Staind, Linkin Park, SOAD, Sum41 etc... what a period of music.....
great song great reaction thanks guy's
I cant blame this on my father... he did his best with me. Love that line.
Such a beautifully written song. You can always tell to that you are jamming to a staind song. Aaron Lewis has one most distinctive voices not only in rock history, but country as well. He puts so much emotion in his vocals. Now it’s time to react to song outside!!
"Fade" "Outside" "Mudshovel"🔥🔥🔥

I thoroughly enjoyed watching y'all rock out to Staind, especially Mel. I could see you getting into it the way I did when I first heard it. From one Mel to another plus a Shawn, Rock On! You have a new subscriber. 🙂👍

Hello from Cody Wyoming! You guys are so awesome! You guys make me smile keep it up
Awesome reaction guys!!🤘🏻🤘🏻 keep em coming 💯
Just subscribed to y'all 🤘🏻
Staind "Something to Remind You" live is a great video! "Epiphany" has always been one of my favorites also. Aaron Lewis does a lot of sit down acoustic sets, story telling and covers. A few of those great covers are Linkin Park's "Crawling", Alice in Chain's "Nutshell" and "Rooster", Tool's "Sober" and many others. A real entertainer there with an unbelievable range.
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Still gives me goosebumps...
This song still gives me goosebumps every single time! 💕
U guys r awesome don’t ever forget it
Shawn and mel 💓for life ❤ great band great 👍song 🎵 great lead singer Aron Lewis and most of all two great people like you two
It's been Awhile spent a crazy amount of time as a #1 hit. I think it was 2000
I really like your reactions. I have the same mindset. Cross the divide. I grew up in Detroit in the late 60s. One of few white families. Music Motown really helped with neighbors. First band i got into Sly and the Family Stone. I was 8 years old. For somet reason really connected. Bless you all. Peace.
Muh favorite Staind song is called Please. Love me some Staind! Also, I've heard people say this song is about drug addiction and not a relationship.
That song from I think early 2000's. I remember working to this song.
This song makes me cry every time, for so many years now.
His song are amazing!! Alot are about addiction!
If you're looking for some more Staind, Raw is one of my favs that I havent seen listened yet 😌
I got the album "break the cycle" by staind as a gift, Christmas 2001. So yeah, been awhile.
That is some deep insight on ones self
You guy's are awesome I'm subscribing.
Very deep lyrics! Especially the way you taste! C’mon who writes that without feeling that?
That lyric gets me every time.
As an addict I lost the love of my life. I can still remember…
The song an album came out right as I was turning 30 years old. My life changed because it doesn't matter what the dysfunction that you have burned Bridges is just by acknowledging it and saying it out loud you take the first step. But to this day now that I'm in my 50s and a grandma I still have to remind myself sometimes, that it's been a while. For young people who think that your discretions because of chemical or substance addiction humiliates you, wait till you're sober. There is never a time in one's life when they cause themselves regrets. Your family's hurt but you're doing that hurt to yourself. There's lots of hurts that can destroy a life but don't ever tell yourself I can't take it back.
" Yall better feel this" : Me watching yall first time react to this.
Beautiful song
My favorite of theirs- I love the entire song of course- I have to admit too- “I can still remember just the way you taste”- always got me as well! 😬😆
I take it you two like this song...... I do for a different reason. I was on Hastings Range on Ft. Benning, GA 10 days away from going to Bonsia when my wife told me she was pregnant with our second son. This was back in 2001. The whole way through that deployment this was my theme song.
Thumbs up from a metal head!
LOVE StainD, subbed to see if you go on the journey. lol
You should watch ‘Epiphany’. Great song and video from them.
One of my favorite songs
Song resonates so much with me. Pretty much a microcosm of my faults. Self destruction when things are going great for me is the cycle I'm working to break and this song reminds me of that Everytime I hear it.
