not quite. blink was punk rock. bands like The Story So Far and New Found Glory can be considered pop punk. even newer bands like Neck Deep and State Champs are pop punk. the new wave of course. there is a pretty big difference. and, no, I'm not trying to be a dick. just trying to inform you in case a situation ever arose where you needed to know this :) have a good day.
