New mom here, probably clueless but I have read about baby led weaning; eating soft non pureed foods (banana, avocado, steamed veggies.. etc) takes time for toddlers to learn and it is VERY common that they gag and not actually EAT the food. They are just exploring and most end up not eaten in the beginning. ☺️ As long as he is still drinking your milk, it is ok for him to not eat them, maybe you can try 💛
Gagging and throwing up in the beginning is very normal. Don’t get discouraged giving him age appropriate food like chunky puree. It’ll help him transition to regular food when he’s one:) my little one is almost 7months now and I was discouraged doing baby led weaning with her but she can handle textures so much better now. She used to gag even on puree and throw up/spit up when we first started solids. Do what you’re comfortable with your little one and don’t forget to learn about infant cpr🤞

I am glad that they were up there to help me too. They were right, they were definitely meant be up there. I can't imagine how long it would have taken for me to get help if they weren't there.
Oh my Crew is growing so fast .... What a Handsome little guy.... Have Crew check for a tongue tie or cheek tie... Very common & gives eating issues throughout life.... Praise GOD You all were Angels to that young women who fell 🙏✝️🤗 GBY ALL 🙏❤💙💙🧸❤🤗✝️
@ockeydockey my son is 1.5 years old and I still have to make sure he's eating very well chopped food,there's been so many times where's Rayan(my boy) almost choked because he's baiting so big bites or tried to swallow food without chewing . He's still baiting too big bites and still sometimes not chewing foods properly,he just swallow,so I make sure his food is always cut by small peaces. For Cru ,it's totally normal to like pureed food at this age. Best of luck and love your family 🔆🔆🔆 oh and for avocados,try to blend avocados with mangoes,super creamy and delicious!🥑
