@@GearzCustomsHyderabadNot that I’ve seen… If you have issues after installing quality parts, chances are that you either have mechanical/transmission issues internally, or there’s some other electrical issue going to the conductor plate/connector.
Unless it’s an issue that prevents you from getting up to speed or driving normally up AND down through all of the gears; you can find a way to log the transmission data (shifting quality, torque converter lockup, etc.) from the TCU, in live time.

2001 e320 symptoms were a harsh upshift from 3rd to 4th gear. Transmission code was 110 n2 n3 rpm sensors implausible. Replaced the conductor plate and all is good. The n3 rpm sensor was cracked on the old conductor plate. Thanks for your video.

Good video. A couple of points: the plug sleeve needs a 7mm socket to undo the little bolt in the middle of it and when refitting the valve body make sure the green plastic U piece on the sliding rod engages with the gear change. You can check from underneath that the gear change is engaged.

The dealer told me the conductor plate needed to be programmed... You have no issues with your repair ?

does the car need to go to the dealer to have the new conductor plate remarried to the vehicle?

Would a bad conductor plate stop the car from shifting out of park? *only when cold*

missed a very important step...how did you remove the conductor plate from the valve body?

The speed sensor is designed to have some up and down movement to it. If it was intended to be ridged they would have just simply molded into the plastic frame like everything else is. The reason it is hold on by nothing but the metal leads is so it has some movement. Its wrong to assume that any movement is the cause of it failing because it isn't.

Absolutely agree. I was never by any means saying that was the failure here, but that movement is the known cause if speed sensor failure according to Mercedes.

If a 722.6 is replaced in a Mercedes, does it have to be reprogrammed?
