Always loved the Tug designs and would use it as a daily spacer if deck plans were suitable.

Look up the Y2K Peregrine half scout fighter half transport. It's a transit van in space perfect for criminal purposes.
I’ve been meaning to build one of those out of LEGO for a while!
1. YV929 Armed Freighter. 250,000+ Credits. This ship was banned by the empire for being to dangerous to sell to the public.
2. Lancer pursuit craft 120,000+ credits
3. YT1760 80,000+ credits
4. CROC Gozanti Class Freighter 190,000 Credits. But what a versatile ship.
Hero ships
1. VCX 100 "The ghost"from SW Rebels 155,000 + Credits
2. Dynamic Class Freighter - "The Ebon Hawk" 150,000+ Credits

I always thought some of the more exotic ship types would make great bounty hunter ships. Such as the Luxury Yacht 3000. I mean Hondo used one for himself in canon and Lando's version in Legends was a state of the art masterpiece. Classy craft with a dangerous bite.
I kinda like the Tug-314, I have a soft spot for utility boats and the powerful tractor beams would be very useful.
The coolest ships that we need to see more of and need more information about them. Echo’s Remora comes to mind

Could you do a breakdown on the hammer head corvette like seen in rogue one?

The problem with tugs is no hyperdrive. WIthout that, they are useless as BH ships. Also, hunters are usually solitary, so a ship like the Remora is a bit too big. Hunters rare have teammates or crew, so a one-man ship is often preferred.
In Legends the tug had no such weaknesses. I didn’t notice it had changed in Canon. Perhaps we can call it an optional upgrade or something.

No a fighter wouldn't be good as a bounty hunting ship.
Fine it has 2 seats.
Fact is like smugglers most of the time they will be in their ship.
A fighter can't hyperspace from one end to the galaxy to the other.
That's not what they are built for.
It would mean that you also don't shower or do anything with hygiene. But I guess if you're a man that is on the list I guess?
And could you imagine having to carry your bounty to your ship then carry them up the ladder, and somehow put them in their seat.
And even if they are not unconscious.
That think their hand would be cuffed. Well unless you want to uncuff them so they can get up the ladder because I'm sure that should go very well especially if they're a Jedi.
Could you imagine you having a need to use the bathroom?

The Millennium Falcon has capital ship Hull, and has a capital ship quad laser cannon.
You're Y-wing wouldn't do shit.
And 1 hit from his quad laser cannon at best will seriously spin you out and seriously damage you at worst you will be pastence.
You'll be vaporized no body To bring back from a proper burial.
And even if you was a really good pilot do you really think you would do enough damage before it jumps into hyperspace?
From what I also know it also has capital ship shears to so I doubt it.
And yes I'm giving the Millennium Falcon as an example.
For the very fact that is the top Modded ship as far as I know.
Meaning if anyone was pirates, smugglers or criminals.
What makes you think they haven't even moded their ship?
Plus chances are they will pick you up on sensors way before you do and they are out.
How much mods do you think you can do to a Y-wing?
CEC is known for the aftermarket parts for their ships.
They are like the JDM cars.

But I do find it funny when people actually think a fighter is a really good bounty hunting ship.
I find it even funnier when an 8yo suggests that a fighter will automatically lose against a cargo ship.

And the Tie fighter wasn't doing shit to it.
However the Millennium Falcon one shotted them.

And let's say hypothetically if I was in a freighter? And I stopped then what?
Obviously if your a bounty hunter more then likely the crime boss that sent you wants me alive? How are you going to get me?
I don't even have to shoot on my frieghter I would have mod it so much I could just bish slap your fighter.
How big of a power cell is on your ship?

I also have another advantage over you?
You have to come in thew an air lock.
And you don't know how much friends I have on my ship. However I know exactly how much is on your ship.
You leave your cockpit use your Armor to fly to my ship.
I flying blow up your ship and I jump into hyperspace and if you're already on top of my ship that is really going to suck for you. At best you Don't come with me into hyperspace but you might get hurt really badly.
At worse you do come with me into hyperspace and then you will be liquidfied instantly lol.
But hey if you want to go bounty hunting in a fighter be my guess makes it easier for me it will be really hard to chance me down. Your little pewpews isn't going to do much to my capital ship hull or sheald. And a 0.5 hyperdrive.
Well you catch up to me if we was around the same planet? Yes
Will you be able to do anything to me before I jump into hyperspace nope.
