    1/3 cup chickpeas
    1/2 avocado
    1 egg
    1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
    Salt and pepper
    Some sunflower seed
    Everything bagels seasoning
    Bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes
