you don't really need big brakes ,the mass of your car will be about the same as stock,like the speed,the stock brakes were not enough ? big brakes will heat up as much as the stock ones,they just will be slower to heat up,and with stock brakes and a cooling system you could have saved quite some money. And the master cylinder ?

Get cts-v brakes. You can find them for fairly cheap.
