    Without doubt Kothrud and Deccan are the best areas to live in Pune both from the view of safety , facilities and location ...of course the residential properties and commercial properties like shops in these areas will have very high rents due extremely central location of a metro city and limited supply with huge demand waiting. ..outer areas of Pune like Hinjewadi side and kharadi wagholi sides have big problems of high distance from city center traffic ,lack for basic facilities like water supply and above it all ,safety aspect...

    बिल्डर, शासकीय अधिकारी आणि राजकारणी युतीमुळे शहराची वाट लागली आहे. बिल्डरांच्या माध्यमातून शासकीय अधिकारी राजकारण्यांचा काळा पैसा पांढरा करतात मग फ्लॅट महाग होणारच.

    Builders in Pune PCMC trying to fix ratevery high in line with Mumbai rates.This is how they are looting Punekar. However smart Punekar realised same. & excess inventory of flats real estate slack began so rates are coming down very fast. So wait Punekar be smart in negotiations ask upto 50% discount.

      It’s wait and watch for Punekars! Demand supply won’t impact if more and more people come to Pune for living! But if this stops then it will be more supply and less demand which will make the price drop!

    या एजंटला गेल्या काही वर्षांपासून किंमत का वाढली आहे हे माहीत नाही, म्हणजे जेव्हा जेव्हा मुलाखतकार त्याला किंमत का वाढली असा प्रश्न विचारतो तेव्हा तो फक्त मागणी वाढल्याचे सांगतो अन्यथा खरे कारण त्याला माहीत नसते. आणि याचा अर्थ असा नाही की मला यामागचे खरे कारण माहित आहे, आपण व्हिडिओ पाहतो की आपल्याला माहित नसलेले अतिरिक्त माहित असावे. असो व्हिडिओ चांगला होता पण माहितीपूर्ण नाही.

      Kothrud is a core Puneit area and puneit people have special affection about it. Kharadi is just an area outside pune with the vicinity of IT park. These two areas can’t be compared

      Bubble will burst when major under construction projects start to give possession.. rent market will get flooded with more flats than demand and investors will start pull out from real estate

      @@financebyswag I just felt that his knowledge was completely shallow there was no depth in his understanding
      He isn't understanding the border prospects of the situation you asked him what he thinks on flats being so expensive in Kothrud he says ppl who can't afford should leave
      I strongly believe ppl are never going to leave look at mumbai no one leaves it inspite of high rents but brokers should bridge the gap should make an effort to make the situation win win for both the parties seller or buyer.
      I found him shallow.

      Very well said! People never leave good habitats! But one can check situation of core Mumbai as how many original Mumbaikars are left there!
      Same can happen in Pune also ! Any thoughts on that pls!
