Without doubt Kothrud and Deccan are the best areas to live in Pune both from the view of safety , facilities and location ...of course the residential properties and commercial properties like shops in these areas will have very high rents due extremely central location of a metro city and limited supply with huge demand waiting. ..outer areas of Pune like Hinjewadi side and kharadi wagholi sides have big problems of high distance from city center traffic ,lack for basic facilities like water supply and above it all ,safety aspect...
