Doctor Suresh, I found this video of yours very informative and useful 👍👍 I would like to know if you can share your personal opinion on treatment for a person suffering from severe BPD in India. As the patient and his family are usually devastated by the chaos of the illness and the poor response to psychological/ psychiatric interventions , BPD appears to be very difficult to treat in my observation. Honestly I've even heard doctors dislike treating these patients because they don't listen and are erratic, not adhering to therapy. I would be extremely happy if you can give any advice on what to do in this situation with this severe mental illnesses 🙏🙏
