    Hi prof Suresh, excuse me to ask you and benefit from you. 💖
    Is there a difference between the examination of "Cognitive" and "Intellectual" functions in the psychiatric patient?

    • @SureshBadaMath
      @SureshBadaMath  Год назад

      Cognition and intelligence are two concepts related to our brain functioning. Cognition is an umbrella term that involves perception, acquisition of knowledge, comprehending, retaining information, thinking, judging and problem-solving. However, intelligence is a part of cognition.
      In simple words, Cognition is comprehensive functioning of the brain and intelligence is only part of it.

      That's clear, doctor. Thank you very much.😍
      So the intellectual part is more specific and limited in examination, that's right?
