How do you spread to a healer twice without getting 7 stacks? Do you mean two different healers?
Spread to healer, you deposit, have healer spread to you, then you both deposit.

@@vincentproud6589 Healer takes two marks off a marked ranged dps, that ends up as 6 marks, not 7. You get 4 marks every time marks go out and spreading them twice to a healer equals 6.

@@vincentproud6589 indeed, the entire point of doing that is so that you cam spawn the first add at the start of the first cyclone
