Sidenote: Mindcontrol and "we didn`t press any aoe" is something everyone knows I think. My raid even managed to kill my Pet (unholy DK) when I was mind controlled while it runs to the add. :D
Is there any way to close raiders name from liquid list who does not have volcanic heart debuff
When P2 adds spawns, does boss still takes damage?

Mostly unlucky timings, they changed volcanic heart size right after we killed it which in turn changed alot of how you deal with em!
We were also extending at that point so needed to wait untill rekill to be able to make a decent guide!
