- Watch the Kingdom Hearts Steam trailer! The beloved and iconic action-adventure RPG series Kingdom Hearts developed by Square Enix is finally making its way to PC.
For the first time, new players and longtime fans will be able to experience the whimsical adventures of Sora, Riku, Kairi, Donald, Goofy, Mickey, and more in the battle of fate, friendship, and the power of Kingdom Hearts itself. Travel across a variety of Disney and Pixar worlds and original locations spanning the original Kingdom Hearts through the critically acclaimed Kingdom Hearts 3 with Re Mind DLC totaling 10 games. The Kingdom Hearts Series is launching on June 13 to PC via Steam.

All DDD did was introduce time travel and what the main villain was doing, plus established who survived after kh2 and who didn't, plus bringing back the villains and establishing that Sora isn't as powerful as he is, plus wrapping up Roxas's story and giving hope for Terra, Aqua, Ven, and Xion. Plus wrapping up Riku's character development. No big deal.
Oh and the mobile games? Yeah those won't be important at all. All they do is provide crucial information for understanding the entire rest of the series post kh3. Establishing the new villains backstory, new characters in kh4 and their backstory. Yeah, nothing too important, basically skippable if you ask me. Might as well just play kh1 and kh2 and think you're ready for kh3 with that logic.

I'm so proud of how much this fanbase has grown up. When 3 was announced for XBone, half the nerds were trippin because it wasn't Sony exclusive. Now, everyone agrees that we should all be confused together on every platform.

@WonPeace94 nah 2s story is a mess overall with so many things happening because "the writer said so" regardless of how little sense it makes, while also needing you to play 2 handheld games to even understand what is going on...

It may look that way to you, but I'm sure to Square all of the people that spent $200+ on Epic that will spend another $200 for the same games in a different launcher are looking pretty appealing.

He might be refreshing everyone's memory because KH4 is coming soon.
The funny thing about this is that KH story was never changed. It was expanded yes. But everything that has happened was originally meant to happen in the original KH story. KH1 was gutted of 80% of it's story prior to it's release because Nomura wanted to simplify things and give room for the game to become a franchise. It was always intended for it to become a franchise. It's why they put the original secret movie into KH1 to see if people were interested in more KH games.

Honestly Steam Deck runs rings around Switch. Especially considering you can play Nintendo games that people have been asking to get Switch ports of for years. If you're willing to put a lil work in, it's so worth it!

Psp is the same version as KH1, Chains of memories & re:coded, so is not exclusive.

It's interesting they decided to show games chronologically based on events. But please, don't play them that way, play them in the order of 'The Story So Far" edition, otherwise some pieces won't be where they supposed to be.

Coded and 358 are too monotonous. To be fair they probably should have made Chain of memories a movie as well.

Just so people know, these bundles only let you play the main games, so KH, KH2, KH3, Dream Drop Distance and Fragmentary Passage. Chain of Memories, 358 Days, Re:coded and Birth by Sleep are only VN's with the cutscenes, no gameplay
Birth by sleep is playable. Chain of Memories as well. Only Days and coded are movies.

@@ClutchCompetitor no. in a business prespective, it wise to get more money from the store that wil give you more money, epic game only cut 5% from a game made by unreal engine compare to steam which is the cut is 30%, the cut is too big for the revenue to splitting again between publisher and developer. that is why they choose epic game first to maximize their profit and then release to steam to gain more profit when the sales are lowing. and you actually support the dev more when buying the games on epic game compare to steam which most revenue will cut by steam and which is why many developers put on epic games first and then to steam if their game sales are lowering.
