The air you breath is different, the weather is amazing imagine it was sunny in Barcelona in December which is rare in uk😅, got to see beautiful statute and places and learn a bit of Spanish and french, and most importantly you get to relax ( away from the stress zone😅) i encourage everyone to travel. You are correct but this is only for permanent residence holders. I know as I've been to Mexico 4 times in 2 years and have asked the Mexican embassy in UK directly. You will very likely be sent back if you have a different UK visa. Otherwise, go for it. Mexico is a beautiful country and the people are so welcoming. the food will have you coming back over and over again.😊

Brp is indeed not a travel document, your passport is. The BRP in addition to your passport can get you there without needing a visa
