I got the green tea macaroons and they are sooooo good! Definitely could see if you don't like coconut them not being for you. BUT the green tea flavor almost gives them a nutty flavor so less sweet than the lemon!

Olivia Brownie what store did you go to? There are some options at target and Trader Joe's and sometimes cvs has those Lenny and larrys vegan cookies or you can order cookies online like we did lol

New subbie here. I'm also a week old vegan cmg from lchf eating. I bought the B12 and Vitamin D3 like you said but I'm struggling to figure out how much I should be eating a day (in macros). I'm all for intuitive eating but I would like to know a round a bout. Any suggestions Nikki? Oh and thanks for the tip about the quick oats. Saved my belly big time girl
