- Super Auto Pets - fine, I'll play it. The game's fun and free, what's not to like? It's a shock that I hadn't played this game earlier really.

Literally had this thought when I finished the inscryption series. Been watching a lot of NorthernLion and I thought, “Tyler would be great at super auto pets and would he so entertaining to watch”
This game is simple but becomes super complex with strategy once you understand every thing, I’m still learning stuff a month later of playing.
When I first started, I wasn't very impressed with the game because I forgot about the individual abilities. Now I'm in love with this game, I've never played a more addictive mobile game in my life
This is an amazing game, issue is it’s a little too random
Generally if you know what you’re doing you can fairly consistently get 5-odd wins, though I agree that you need some very specific higher-tier units (depending on your build) to actually get 10.
Pretty much. Good news is that it's less random if the average player isn't very good at the game. This will be fun to return to whenever there's massive balance changes or new pets to confuse people.

@@Aliensrock I was theorycrafting some ways to address this, curious what you think:
1) casual pool, with modifiers to do exactly what you were saying- confuse players, or even just get them trying new things. Could do fun stuff like no rerolls, cheaper food, only a single tier of animal across all games…
2) seeded arena. So you’re only fighting opponents on the same round of the same series of shops. This probably wasn’t an option pre-NL, but now that the player base blew tf up on twitch I think they could make it happen.
In theory to keep runs unique you need seeds>max(games per player) and need seeds

According to the game, I have 27 matches played. Honestly, that's less than I thought
So if you have played only 27 matches, won one on recording and have 2038 points, then you must have have had more than 6 trophy at every match you ever played. Man you play rly Good 👍👍
I was waiting for you to finally play this game! Only problem is it's sort of random and some players can just get God RNG and get an overpowered lineup early on.
i think its actually an amazing design because when u go up against a god setup you only lose once and you're like wow that was cool and it doesnt feel real bad but when you get the god setup you get all 10 wins the energy boost is insane
I think that my favorite thing about random games is that you're forced to make do with whatever build you have available, instead of being able to just go with whatever's meta, or whatever your favorite strategy is every time. Yeah, you'll get unlucky occasionally, but it's better to just roll with the punches, and not take losses too seriously.

ive improved a lot and realized the gameis more skill based then it seems, im able to win consistently and get 10 win games around 50% of the time when it at first took me like 10 hours to get a single win lmao

Canned food is insane. It increases all pets and FUTURE SHOP PETS attack and health by 1. It’s just a permanent upgrade.
I just learned about this game yesterday and immediately thought of you. This made my day.
Will you check out the Vs mode? It’s a pre-defined pool of opponents where only one can ultimately emerge victorious, but the buying/selling/leveling up/combat are all the same. Somewhat like Hearthstone’s Battlegrounds where 8 heroes enter, but only 1 leaves.

It is a fairly complex colony managemer game, where you crashland on a different planet and face struggles like food, weather, nature, raiders and ancient war machines.
I spent hundreds of hours in this game and i can recommend it.

So many strategies that work, so many random best circumstance teams with ten wins and so many 4 stack buffalo with a random T3 for the win.
Snake behind anything beefy is crazy strong btw ☺️
You're absolutely right. Snakes are crazy. Especially if you can do something insane like tiger + snake behind rhino. Then just throw some damage/debuff units behind. Like a crocodile or dolphin and a skunk. It's especially fun running rhino when you hit a summon build. Depending on the other team, you can sometimes just attack once and the rhino will keep triggering until everyone dies.
@@stevenberry8866 skunks are nuts. I don't think I have done a 10 win run without a skunk.. or a snake.
I tend to get a little caught up on trying parrots though.
In the free packs snakes, skunks, bison, parrots and tigers have to be the real key to winning big
What I always do is try and go for a lvl 2 by the time you unlock tier 2s. The early tier 3 can be huge if it's a turtle or Dog

First it was Dangerously Funny, then is was Northernlion, now it's AliensRock, and eventually it will be somebody with a weird combination of words for their name that also creates amazing content.
The graphics are simple, but the gameplay is oddly addicting.

actually the horse is pretty dang good, as it boosts all bought units and has pretty decent stats itself, too, same for the duck boost, and in the very beginning, using ANY unit to store extra money, even if you lose the battle, is good
No it's not lmao. In the first 4-5 rounds it is okay but beyond that it just doesn't do enough and rapidly get worse.
@@henrymccoy2306 yes, replace it with that pet that gives 3 attack and 3 health instead of 1 attack

I'd love a feature in this game like Inscryption where you can take abilities or stats from one card, lose it permenantly, and add it to another.
Or even just proper deck customisation.
