Thank you Vicky for this ♥️. I have some confusion that I hope you can clear for me please. So in 3rd case first example (my hair is long); isn't hair an object? So what's the difference between 저는 머리를 길어요 제 머리를 길어요 And how is it different from mentioned 는/가 examples? How to distinguish if hair is a subject or object in a sentence? Also 제 머리는 길어요 would sound more natural or 제 머리가 길어요? Because I'm specifically talking about my hair right? Or is it i have actually specified 제 in a sentence so it doesn't matter? This is one of the best videos I've seen so far explaining these particles. I've been studying Korean for a year and I hadn't understood it this way. Thank you for being very specific and breaking down the differences. This helped.
Miss Vicky, you are a gem! This concept of general/specific thing is just as mind-blowing as simple and accurate. I can't thank you enough for this channel, it gives me strength and endurance to carry on with my Korean learning journey
This video is EVERYTHING!!! I’ve been learning Korean for about 8 months and I’ve finally gotten the basics of sentences down but particles have been giving me lots of trouble. But the way you explained them makes this so much easier. I will keep watching this video and practicing until I can use them easily. Thank you so much for your hard work and patience!!

thank you for what you said at the end. its really helpful to hear that because im so excited/passionate about learning korean and just languages in general and dont want to get discouraged by the difficulties bc i know english is crazy difficult too. sometimes when i find things difficult to grasp in korean i try to compare it to end and remember it makes sense to me ofc bc its my native language. its so important to remember that it takes time to learn it efficiently and you really helped so much with this video. ill keep practicing till it comes naturally. thank you again:))
Wow!!! That's the best, clearest, most concise (to me) explanation I have seen/heard about the difference (in usage) between 은/는 and 이/가 . 저는 이 설명이 정말 감사해요.
In my opinion people that are going to learn korean should come to this video or i mean these videos because this explains very well easy to understand and specific ❤❤😊

This is what I was looking for!!! I was wondering if you have worksheets to practice on 은/는 and 이/가 on when a noun is general vs. Specific. I just want o practice more on that. If anyone knows where are worksheets for this let me know. Thank you!
The way you explain made it seem so easy. I understand the rules of the particles but having to think about them in every situation I still have to think and take time thinking about it
I have been learning korean off and on for about 8 years but this is always where I stop. I have never been able to understand this. I have watched so many videos and I cannot grasp this. My korean husband has tried to explain it to me and still its like the hardest thing. I guess its just not meant to be for me 😭 this was a great video and I can see how it would help a lot of people. Thank you for making so much effort 😁
The part where you were talking about a sentence sounding arrogant when adding 는 instead of 가 really put the differences between them, into perspective for me. For that context at least lol
