I'm genuinely astonished how she put in the thoughts and efforts to allign Korean to English by every aspect in detail, which is seemingly impossible to some extent considering the fundamental differences between the two languages.
On top of the fact she knows the two languages extremly, the presenting skill is of the next level.
After checking out some Korean tourtorials by different teachers, all so amazingly well put!! Korean ppl know their language!!
However, if I were only to name one, this is it. THE BEST goes to you Miss Vicky.

    Dear Miss Vicky
I can’t get over how well you explain these basics of Korean word and sentence structure. I have heard a few explanations in my day, and some of them are done quite well, but you have presented these in the most logical order I could imagine, and each lesson just flowed one into the other. As you said, ‘now is the perfect time to talk about particles’; and it was!
You also do not teach as if we know nothing about English grammar; which I appreciate.
We are so fortunate to have you as a resource.

As an english , french , turkish and arabic speaker
It's not really hard for me to get the korean sentence structure because if it's not like english i will just compare it to Arabic or Turkish but i still wasn't able to get my hand on it ,but after i watched this video i really do get it now ....
when i usually want to learn a new language, i like to have a preview of what i will find in it and you are the only youtuber who really made a whole video just for it.
Few years ago i took time to learn how to learn new things , and what i mean by that is to learn the right way to do things . It's called self learning and self correcting i think , not really sure . And let me tell you , you are the only person i can self study on my own with because you really fellow the right way to teach by giving a preview of the lesson then getting to it step by step with many many examples ( i love when you use BTS in the examples 😊😉).
I have been trying to learn korean for a long time and honestly you are the only teacher i made a remarkable progress with . Love you .

I started studying korean a long time ago, before there were many resources available. As a result I kind of neglected it and most of what I understand now I picked up somewhere intuitively without always knowing why things worked. I've tried numerous times to go back and study from the beginning but couldn't find anything engaging or helpful. But the videos that you make are the best I've seen, they are so extremely helpful and well explained. Most people seem to shy away from using so many grammatical terms but it's exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for making these videos, I am slowly working my way through them all now and I finally feel optimistic that maybe I haven't wasted the last 15 years of exposure to the language and actually can become fluent after all lol

I think korean grammar is easier to understand for people that don't have English as their first language, my first language is french and we do have a Base form too for the verbs, that changes according to the tenses and the person, also the grammar SOV is basically the same as the French sign language! :) And we do have a formal and informal speech too although it's less "strict" than in Korean

Actually, tenses aren't that important in Korean language compared to euroepean languages.

hmm i am a native german speaker and studied french in school. I agree with the tenses but most stuff is still complicated imo, since german and french are still latin based.

German is not latin based😮 like at all not even the same linguistic branch . Latin languages are French Spanish Italian Portuguese and Romanian I think and I speak the first four just fine because it was easy to pick the others if you know one since most words have same or similar root/spelling except for endings. I can't speak German at all pronunciation tongue placement are very different .

For me I jump around without meaning to. Whenever I hear something I don't know/haven't heard of yet I want to go learn it! You've helped me learn batchim and the alphabet and here you're helping me again! You're really an amazing teacher! I can't stop watching your videos they're so helpful for me. I'm not sure when I started learning Korean. But I know it hasn't been an entire year but close to! I can now read/write hangul, I can speak it somewhat fine, I know a good amount of words/phrase. Maybe even enough to get me by! Thank you so much!!

tip for learning other languages: know the grammar of your language first i.e. the English grammar if it’s your first language. it gets so much easier to understand grammar structures of other languages if you already know some of these definitions + easier to compare and remember the grammar rules😸

Thank you ms. Vicky...i like your teaching style. I am currently in kiip level 2 but it's a brain breaking for me.
I am an English teacher back in the Philippines that's why i like your teaching because that's should be the way to teach korean language for beginners. But it's not the case in KIIP..so, i thank you for your efforts.
    God bless you Ms. Vicky.

Grammar and vocab are my weakest spots when it comes to learning Korean but this video has helped a lot more than my one year of Korean language class. The class did help jump start my Korean language journey but this clarified some things that confused and got me excited for learning Korean again hopefully in a more effective way. 감사합니다!
