Why would one disrobe? with Bhante Suddhaso and Ayya Soma

Why would a monastic disrobe? In MN 67 the Buddha explains the most common reasons that lead to falling off from the holy life.

It’s nice to hear bhikkhus and bhikkhunis talk about the reality of ordaining.
I stay at a monastery fairly often but only for a few days at a time so I still have an unrealistic view of the reality of monastic life 🙏

Sadly Australian Monk Akaliko Bhikkhu just disrobed, he was a wonderful monk and helps so many people.

To do mushrooms again without breaking precepts. Buddha would agree it's one of the minor rules we can get rid of but until it ain't a precepts they gotta disrobe
