Everyone was putting down the PSVR2 for over a year now…..all of a sudden the PC adapter comes out and now all of a sudden it’s a good headset 😂…I own both headsets and I still say the PSVR2 is better than oculus…plus I can play my games for more than 1 hour

Resident Evil 2 VR mod is an incredible VR experience. That whole franchise works perfectly in VR, and the games run great on my 4070. Even Village is running great.
@@chan13153 hmm, I usually turn my body in VR, I didn’t know that snap turning wasn’t programmed, but for a mod, this thing runs great. It can be tough to figure out the controls, as the game still shows you regular controller prompts instead of VR controller prompts.
@@aaronmosf3t719 I remember it was missing the ability to move to a different map floor level. For me lack of a snap turning was big. Smooth turning gave me a headache. Couldn’t turn manually but it’s harder with a link cable.

you on point..on my end ive been on VR since 2016 Best Buy demo of PSVR1i was in the store screaming in that eve valkyrie demo..i highly recommend you get Wipeout Omega VR for PS4 Pro or PS5 + PSVR1..its the best experience ive had & its gonna be tough to beat..ive yet to try Gran Turismo 7 VR but im sure that's next level too..very excited to try EA F1 VR w/ full racing rig..MS Flight w/ yolk feedback..SUBPAC in my seat for bass..i swear that thing people just dont know how immersive that is..ive been waiting all this time for a proper japanese quality pc headset to rival korea samsung odyssey+ oled & its time
Just to give some information on BT. I'm using an oldish Simplecom BT4.0 dongle and have it plugged into my front USB2.0 port on my PC no extension and the PSVR2 adapter plugged into the rear USB3.0 as far from the dongle as possible as per Sony's instructions and haven't had a single controller issue yet.

I mean Half-Life Alyx is definitely the first VR game I'll try when the adapter arrives. Second might just have to be Assetto Corsa since I have a sim rig that's compatible with PS5 and PC. I will finally have another racing game (besides GT7) that supports VR and my Fanatec sim rig. Hellblade graphics look phenomenal. Not sure about the VR gameplay though. My son loves Blade and Sorcery on his Oculus. So, I might give that a shot. So much good stuff to play now.
@@andreimelo135 I would definitely not recommend F1 22-24 and ACC to people who are new to PCVR, only if they have a 4090 so it works whatever setting they use. They are incredibly hard to set up to both look great and run great even on a 3080 Ti. The most user friendly racing games are PCars2, AMS2 and Dirt2.
@@CCP-pb5ss It's a game called ContractorsVR. Theres a mod in ContractorsVR that literally turns the game in HaloVR. It's amazing. The mods in that game is amazing. Your literally a Spartan. Energy sword and all. Event he physics is there. Theres Halo maps and everything. Theres Cod Maps such as nuletown, rust, terminal, etc. Theres even a mod that turns the game into TF2 with payload and everything. And theirs also a starwars battlefront VR with Jedis, and everything. It's great. Just search it on youtube. As for warzone well Contractors Showdown just came out. It's basically warzone. Thats the best way to describe it. Search warzone VR and that game will pop up. Both games are PCVR/Native Quest 2/3. And the mods are super easy to download as its built into the game itself
Congratulations VoodooDe for your channel, I love your videos. Were you able to solve the control tracking problem due to interference with the Bluetooth adapter? I have the same Bluetooth as you and I'm also using the 2m extender 3.0, but the problem persists. I've even updated the Bluetooth drivers and it doesn't solve the problem. What to do? Please find a solution, because Sony doesn't solve anything. A hug.
I can not even get past the setup. It fails at setting up play area, I just get a black screen then it says connect controllers, which are already connected this is by far the most frustrating setup I have encountered. Luckly I have the quest 3 already, and a Pimax crystal lite on order. Really wanted to try the PSVR2 on PC but I guess I will be using it for GT7 on PS5 only.
Has anyone tried Population one steam with the PSVR2 pc adapter? Before I go down this road I would like to know if it is worth it on my favorite vr game. Most importantly how is the tracking and climbing with the sense controllers? Also how is the sniping? Looking down the scope

@@Nago15 Revive is main purpose is to allow none Oculus headsets to play Rift games on other headsets. I'd assume it should also work with the Quest. But I have never tried it since I have other PC VR headsets i rather use. Robo Recall to this day still in my top 5 if not top3 VR games to play due to its replayability, action and amazing graphics
So does it work with REVIVE? Is this confirmed? Since I see Asgard's Wrath and Lone Echo among the titles but they're not tested directly, only suggested.
yes, was using REVIVE just now, works flawlessly (im in New Zealand so picked up the adaptor today), they look vibrant in the psvr2 headset ! i should mention the software feels kinda buggy, get some stuttering ingame, but still worth it for the visuals
Hi Alex, Sorry I hope you don'T mind if i have a technical question. With the same setup (PSVR2, pc adapter, steam vr), i have an issue which maybe you faced as well. In Steam VR home, and in ANY games, when i moving my head left and right, the objects and the whole surrounding starts moving a little, like waving to the same direction. For example in Steam VR home, the floor waves when i am moving my head left-right. same in Elite dangerous. In Hangar, the ship also waves with the HDM. Any thoughts? I am going crazy now. tried many settings in SteamVR and reinstalled steam as well. 'cause Steam controls the whole PSVR2, this happens with every single game. Thanks for your time and answer. Pacific drive in UEVR is a totally awesome game.
