      @@fainafaina1940 yes. I'll write the routine.
      -I do scalp massages with electric scalp massager every day (without oil, just the massager)
      -On saturdays I do it with oils, leave them there three or four hours and wash with shampoo with soulfates and then I condition very well.
      -On wednesday I do oils again but just 20 or 30 minutes and wash but with another shampoo without soulfates this time.
      -And finally I apply a light oil in the ends every night.
      I hope this helps you ☺️

    I started oiling my hair because of you! I've only oiled it about 4-5 times so I haven't seen any super huge improvements yet. I'm trying to use up a few oils (Mielle, Rosehip) before purchasing more but I did get sweet almond and pumpkin seed. Hoping to see more fullness soon! I have thin hair and I don't like how it looks in a ponytail.

      Don’t worry, it will pay off, but you need to oil your hair once a week, and if you can warm your oils, Also, do a scalp massage for 5-10 minutes. It’s very helpful for growing your hair. It takes time, but you will see a difference. My mom used to oil my hair for years, and I had thick, full hair, but when I grew up, I neglected my hair and didn't oil it for a long time. Now I'm starting to oil my hair again, and I can see good results.

    Since I began using litttllextraa cocconniioon shampoo and hair conditioner, I've noticed a good reduction in hair fall. My hair feels softer and looks shinier. Compared to using other shampoos I faced more hair fall. Moreover, I now use a scalp massager which I believe is also helping reducing hair fall.

      I used Littlellextra Cocoonnion oil, and it’s really effective. It's packed with sulfur and potassium, which stimulates your scalp to improve blood circulation, resulting in improved hair growth and reduced hair fall. Onion and coconut oil are key ingredients, which support the growth of new hair.

    I started with day 7 hair but keep in mind my natural wavy/curly hair leans dry. Wash your hair as often as you need to.
    Typically I oil no more than 1-2x a week and I leave the oils in for no longer than 4 hours.
    If your hair leans oily, or you feel like hair oiling isn’t for you, try rosemary water spray instead.

      Definitely stick to a good hair routine. My 8 things I do to take care of my hair video- all those those things I never skip. I also use a leave in conditioner on Wash day which helps seal in hydration (I didn’t mention that)
      I’m iron deficient on and off so I neverr skip any of my supplements. Deficiencies affect the hair big time. Hair supplement is a must for me. I’m using nutrafol with bad ingredients to help with a healthy stress response which I nice since stress really impacts hair.
      Aside from that, precleansing, and hair growth serum made a huge difference for me. Also just babying my hair with gentle comfortable hair styles, and covering it in satin/silk every night.

    How do you curl your hair? Do you use heat styling? I'm trying to find new ways to style without heat while I'm feeling my hair

      @SarahSaleen  Год назад

      Are you talking about how my hair is curled at the beginning? It’s this video. I used some heat to curl literally 10 pieces.
      I’ll do more heatless styles though.

    Hi i have a quick question so u apply the oil's every day and shower after?? Or how do u do it.. i really need help my hair is thinning and I'm loosing a lot of hair.😢

    • @SarahSaleen
      @SarahSaleen  Год назад +2

      It just Depends on my hair wash schedule. I usually just wash my hair 1-2x a week now. In general I wouldn’t oil more than 3 times a week. When you have thinning Hair the first thing to do is find the root cause. Is it hormones, environmental, buildup, stress, diet, vitamin deficiencies.. try to target the root cause all while oiling, or using hair serums, scalp massage etc…

    Can we apply rosemary oil directly to scalp without any carrier oil?

    • @SarahSaleen

      No I would not. It’s too concentrated and can irritate or even cause more hair loss for some

    What would you recommend for hair growth The innate life oil or The vegamour serum Im a 23 yr male with thick oily Short to medium length hair and I wash it everyday sometimes every other day as needed. It’s been going through a rough phase, Light thinning and light hair loss and I’m I’ve been interested in those 2 products or any other you’d recommend. Thanks! :)

    • @SarahSaleen

      If you only want one try out the serum.. when I went through a rough phase of shedding the serum really helped lessen it.. I of course do both the oil before washing and the serum after washing

      @@SarahSaleen thank you I really appreciate your response! I’m going to order the serum today!:) , I’ll probably get the oil after my head/Hair gets used to the serum and I feel like I can implement 2 products at once. For someone who washes there hair usually everyday how often would you recommend pre-oiling before wash and using serums? Thank you, Ur vids/knowledge have helped me in my hair and Skin journey 🙏

    • @SarahSaleen
      @SarahSaleen  Год назад +2

      Thank you darling! I’d apply the serum after you’ve washed your hair, as many times as you wash your hair in the week. So the best time to use it is when you have a freshly cleansed scalp.
      I would oil 2-3x a week max ❤️❤️

      @SarahSaleen thank you. Again, your hair is gorgeous. I'm hoping mine will be back to the same soon. For now, I'm trying Follixil, African Black Castor Oil, Homemade Rosemary/Olive Oil, and my own homemade rice water treatments. I'm seeing some growth. My doctor said to be patient and sparse with the first ingredient, but everything else is fine. Just don't forget to do a good scrub once a week, which I do anyhow. Hopefully, I'm doing everything right.
