Do you use Eschenbach’s digital magnifier? They have a new 12 inch one on the market. My husband uses the 9 inch model. It’s a lifesaver for him as he’s legally blind.
Oh my goodness, I love this! I have a floor lamp from years ago that I bought from a low vision specialty shop here in Austin but I’m unsure of the brand. The clamp base is an excellent idea. If they do that, I may have to get one!
I haven’t done a lot about video games for the blind. I have some videos about accessibility on the Xbox one. I would recommend checking out the RUclips channel illegally cited. He does a lot of video game play Throughs.
When I try to use a desk lamp, I have a real problem with glare (illuminated magnifiers as well) does this light help with this somehow, or have you never noticed this problem?

We have the 5 inch version at work for demonstration and I’ve tested the larger sizes, including the 12 inch. They are prepped very impressive!

As long as the light source is out of my field of you, glare doesn’t bother me too much unfortunately, I’m not sure how this would be with that
