This week’s exercise is a terrific Belly Fat Burner Workout. 💪💪💪⠀
➡️ This workout will target and tighten your stomach and sides.
🥰 This is such a great workout to burn off that unwanted fat around your midsection and tighten your stomach.
It's perfect because it is a quick, and effective way to get results. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
⏱ It only takes 10 minutes, so if you’re short on time and need to get a workout in, this is just what you need.
First, I’ll go through the motions.
Then, I’ll have you do it with me.

I've been doing your workouts now on my 2nd week and I'm already seeing change in my belly. In 3 weeks I've dropped belly fat and dropped a full pant size! AND I'm doing this with a bad hip... I'm slow and intentional. My core is strengthening and I will be ready for my full hip replacement! Thank you SO MUCH!!!!! 💜💜💜

hello! i found about about you just today, and cannot wait to get started on a daily basis whenever i have the time. i often get sore limbs (this is due to pressure from my bodyweight as well as lax ligaments) so it is a bit difficult, but i am managing. thank you for doing what you do! :D

I have replacement knees and can't kneel down I'm looking for more things to do standing or squatting please help as I'm 65 and have gained alot of weight

How many times a week would you recommend doing this workout to see results? Thanks
So, it totally depends on your fitness level and your time constraints! If you can only complete the workout once or if you only have time for one round then do just one round! But if you aren't feeling challenged, or you have some spare time, or if you are really loving them and want to do another round or two, then go for it!! 😊
