- In this video I want to talk about the new ECHOES Update 4.4.61 on Nintendo Switch and compare the graphics for planets with the previous 4.4 update.
Hello Games is also now using the Nintendo Switch news channel, which is great!! But there is still no No Man's Sky channel to follow on Switch unfortunately...

100% agree 👍😁. They do deserve alot of credit for supporting the Nintendo Switch version as much as they have 🏆.
Hopefully, they can fix the crashing issues that some players are having and then this game would be an easy recommendation 👍😄

It's amazing to have this big game in a portable console like switch and see the love that hello games is putting in it. I have an Xbox series s but my main console for this game is switch by far.

Great video as usual, wish more peeps subscribed to you. but graphics wise its pretty good didnt think it'd be all the significant, but the same chief issue still persists with crashing upon entering the capital ship. i thought "heck yeah, maybe i wont crash when i go in my capital ship *one second inside*" game froze and crashed xD capital ships are still off limits for me, which is fine i have been plotted on one earth like planet building my own little town. but it does irk me i stil can't go in my big ship without the game freezing and tell me i should go fuck myself lol.

I do wish that the crashes you and others are having would be fixed. Hopefully, in the new year with the new space stations we get fixes for the freighters and frigates 😃🥇
I still don't have a freighter as I don't want the game to crash. I will also wait until these are fixed 👍
I watched your old video about the FSR a few months ago and then last week i decided to buy the game finally. I was surprised how much better it looked and then i realized there probably was another graphical update. So here I am! Your video was the reason I bought the game.

Too bad there's still problems with some planet rings like on the video at 9:50 where the full ring seems to be behind the planet, other than that a great update!

The Switch version of No Man's Sky has definitely been improved alot in the short time it has been available. 😄🏆
I watched some of my older videos in preparation for this one and you can see a big difference in graphics and performance! 😃🥇
It is a good version of NMS but, do keep in mind that the Switch version has no multiplayer and no settlements. We also don't know if the Switch version will get these features at any point.

@@QuesterMage I had the physical ps4 release, lost that somewhere. Bought the digital copy. And now with a kid that likes to pull on cords, I now have the switch version because handheld and having a 1 year old is a bit more doable haha. Thank you for the video!

The pick up and play nature of the console really impressed me when playing this game. If you are busy all of a sudden, putting the console into sleep mode and returning to the game whenever you can is great!! 🥇😄

I think the pop-in has been improved, but only because it seems that the draw distance has been updated 🏆.
I do notice this much less now ( or have got used to it ). You do still have heavy item/texture pop-in when returning to a player made base.
Unfortunately, with NMS I don't think we will ever not see items, textures or buildings pop-in on any platform.
How many size the update?
Apologies, I didn't check how big the new Omega 4.5 update was before installing it on my Switch. I have tried to find it on the No Man's Sky website and I couldn't find it.
