This was a very nice unit, the livingroom and kitchen was awesome. The rounded window, and the spacious bedroom, really nice. Compared to many other similar condos, this price was not bad at all. Good value! Thanks, guys 😊😊

Interesting video i went to look at peak towers it was a bit tired but still a good building.. each to their own as what i saw there was a lot of dead space i would be paying for . That said if i was living there all year then the kitchen was a great asset.. i walked to the beach which is a bit less straight forward than you suggest its slighly further away about 400 to 500 meters with steps

You mention Peak Towers (a different building). The place is massive for a guy like me that lives in a 48sqm unit which is perfect for me. Thanks again.
105 SM is certainly 2-3 times larger than the standard condos I see.

Nice place! I’m very tempted… but I have a 35 pound dog… it would be nice if you would mention at the beginning of your videos whether or not it is pet friendly or not. I won’t go anywhere without my dog. i’m actually looking for a small home with a yard on the beach, or very close to the beach. Maybe you can check out a few of those, please. I’m willing to spend ฿35,000
