How To Inject Under Eyes With Sunekos (pigmentation, texture, wrinkles)

- This is how to inject Sunekos Performa under the eyes to help create a much younger appearance and treat wrinkles, pigmentation, texture, tightness etc. The technique on the left is better than right because I had less camera equipment in the way. The bumps of liquid should be as clear-cut as what you can see on the left.

I had exciting HA filler in the tear trough, and when I injected Sunekos around that area, it caused edema. It's been 6 days, and I can still see a bit of swelling. It is getting better but still not 100%. However, where I didn't have any HA filler, the Sunekos was absorbed quickly, within just a few hours. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
No one in class mentioned anything about this. I hope it doesn't create too much volume in that area, or else it might look too puffy.
I had a Sunekos treatment last week. Sunekos 2000 on the lower face and Sunekos Performer from the nose up and around the eyes. Can Sukekos be used with Microneedling treatments?
There's specific protocols to get the best of both - yeah
What about frown lines? I don't want Botox but would like an alternative. Thank you from NYC.
Please do a video explaining Sunekos Body. Also when will Sunekos be released in Australia do you guess?
Body is used in the same way as sunekos cell with no difference really.
@@Dr_Abs do you see this coming to Australia anytime soon? I would probably need to travel to get this.
Omg I did this today with and it hurt like hell even with numbing cream. My dr used dermatologist shine pro to do the injections and it still hurts.
How are the results?
How Are results?
I had Sunekos Performa 3 days ago. You can feel a tingling on your skin while injecting under eyes. After the session It was plump but subsided immediately after. My right side was all ok, but the other side has turned into violet like black eye color but only a small spot. Over all, My under eye looks good and will do it again after 10 days.
you are a wealth of knowledge dr Abs. Which clinics in the UK do you recommend for getting the Sunekos treatments done at?
Can sunekos be used/staggered with profhilo? Profhilo doesn’t do direct injections around the eyes so I wanted to do sunekos in that area but still have another profhilo treatment to go. Thank u!
I'd avoid mixing, there's no need when Sunekos can do everything Profhilo does and more (hence the patents)
@@Dr_Abs thank you for your response. I had one profhilo treatment then found about sunekos. Should I just switch over to sunekos 1200 and 200 or finish off the second profhilo treatment?
If you are ONLY treating under eye area would you just use performa .... no 1200?? Many thanks Claudia
I’ve got this procedure under my eyes 2 days ago and the area has ben swolled since then. There’s edema under my eyes. Is it normal?
Only if you go to someone untrained
@@Dr_Abs so is the swelling dangerous? Do I have to do something?
@@berrab.2951I hope you are fine now , and what is your feedback
How was the improvement?
How many botulin units are you using per eye ( and what brand)?
This isn't a Botox video
Dr Abs, I was reading thru some of the comments. Is Perfoma best for eye area, and ok for rest of the face? And Sunekos 200 is best for overall face?
Thank you again Dr Abs. I just subscribed to your channel. Hopefully I can stay in touch, as I am an avid proponent of supplements and has several medical conditions and concerns in regards to loved ones - mom Alzheimer's, etc
Could you use a very short needle and go perpendicular to the skin so you are always at the correct depth? For example a 2mm nanoneedle??
You'd be far too deep with that - skin here is on average 0.1mm thick
I think she meant if you used a shorter needle as opposed to a long one, and inject it just to cover the bevel?
Still no because the bigger needles have a bigger gauge too so the bevel will still go too far
Can a 29g needle be used flat against the the skin?
I saw that you used a cannula in a previous video, Dosent the cannula technique go deeper ?
Cannula is generally for people who aren't experienced enough to do everything with a needle. You're absolutely right in that it goes deeper.
@@Dr_Abs is it true that deeper you inject say with a cannula it affects the deeper layers of the skin stimulating collagen there having a more producing regeneration effect therefore seeing the results a bit later in time as per say more shallow depth ?
Not really - different cells live in different layers. If you go deeper than skin you're probably in fat depending on where in the face you're treating. There's no fibroblasts or keratinocytes in fat layers so you won't make collagen where fat is. For example, even if you microneedle deeper, you won't make collagen any deeper (Aust 2008).
Great question!
What needle are you using pls? Gauge?
Left side video 34G TSK invisible needle. Right side video 30G.
If you are ONLY treating under eye area would you just use performa .... no 1200?? Many thanks Claudia
Can do, I prefer both for better results
Great quality footage and info, thank you!
Can you get the same results with prf?
I have a question not addressed in your video. How much volume (read: "point milliters") per each singular injection point?
I'm going by bleb size, not volume
How do I book with you?
I have messaged on Instagram
www.drabs.clinic
Is this available in chennai india
Great video! Thank you Dr Abs. Where in the United States can we get this done?
Unfortunately it'll be a few years to get to the USA
Another great video. Would something like a 34g nanoneedle be an even better option ? Or does a 30g TSK have an equivalent width due to inner wall diameter ?
Nano needle is one of the most useless things I've ever seen lol. The amount of product you lose, the shopping trauma etc is absurd. Always use either 30G 4mm for the face or invisible needle for eyes which is about 34G I think
Is this available in Switzerland 🇨🇭?
Yes 👍
To treat under eye pigment in the tear trough area, do you inject in the tear trough area right up to the nasal canthus or still stay more laterally?
Can place it anywhere you feel you need an improvement :)
Hi Dr Abs, amazing video, very informative. Is it effective on under eye bags?
Definitely
@Dr_Abs and wrinkle too?
So for now , only Australia?
It's not in Aus yet.
Is this available in Dubai?
Yes it is in some clinics
Is it effective for acne scars?
Can be, depends on the scar and technique
Amazing video
Amazing ! 👏
Was this Sunekos 200 or Performa? If not Performa, can you inject the same technique using Performa for dark circles around the eyes?
How medial do you go to clear dark circles? I’ve used other products as close to the medial canthus and on the lower eyelid. Is this similar? Is my summary of small blebs lateral and under the eye extending to the medial canthus and down to the inferior orbital rim, similar to Sunekos 200, the technique for dark circles?
And finally, can you use the eyes and specific facial point injection in one sitting?
It seems like Sunekos Performa is replacing both 200 and 1200. Do you still use 1200?
This was performa. You can inject all the way across the upper eyelid and medial canthus too.
I do superficial blebs (as super. as possible) to give demarcated white Tyndall. I then do this all over upper eyelid, medial canthus and lower lid to the lid-cheek junction.
Nothing wrong with eyes and whole face at the same time either, just need to massage well after.
I always use 1200, I just haven't in this video as this was only to show the technique for performa. Ideally I would use 1200 every first session of each treatment plan (for the face).
@@Dr_Absinteresting. You’d use 1200 for the face but surely not for the eyes?
@@Dr_Absthanks
Is this in the US?
Not for a while unfortunately 😕 but it'll be in Canada soon if there's any ability to buy across the border
