I have the Nuface and happy with it. Could be temporary, but it makes me feel better and look better. It being non invasive is a massive advantage. I dread the thought of horrible side effects of injectables.

Can't agree more to your statement on the Juvederm range. I'm almost 20 years in this industry and I avoided this product from the beginning. The best-in-class-marketing doesn't mean it is the best in-class-product. Everyone can go to Google/ pub med/ FDA and check the data about the brand there. It is time to stop getting brainwashed by shiny packaging and well-trained speakers hiding all the problems specifically the Vycross technology brought to patients. The bias is in the system I believe. I think we earn enough to pay ourselves for dinner, traveling, accommodation and congress tickets, right? In Germany the doctor's profession is called a "non-commercial profession" meaning that a doctor should do what is best for the patient and not best for his/ her pocket. I'd really wish we'd go back to the roots: causing no harm - doing what's best for each individual. Only dead fish swim with the flow - It's best to form your own opinion based on facts.

Thank you 🙏 I think there's not that much need for hydroxyapatite fillers nowadays. Also, the type of collagen it is able to generate is not type 4 or type 7 like Sunekos. I'd rather have Revanesse filler with Sunekos skin treatment over the top personally.
@@Dr_Abs I have already had 1.5 ml of Rsdiesse injected and I had to decide whether to supplement to have a more pronounced jaw line. I hope at least that it is not harmful or that it has particular contraindications. Why do you say Radiesse is outdated? Yourecommend another filler that I have seen treated as a hyaluronic acid. In this regard, I have heard several of your colleagues who maintain that it is better not to inject hyaluronic acid into the jaw line because it would then cause the skin to sag. I must confess that moving in the field of aesthetic medicine is often a minefield. Now I don't know what to do. Tomorrow I should see the doctor again to evaluate whether to inject more Radiesse to have greater definition.
HA doesn't cause the skin to sag. There is no scientific paper anywhere which concludes that. I say radiesse is outdated because it's selling points are longevity and collagen stimulation. However, HA fillers now are lasting years and we have better products for collagen stimulation - especially ones which generate types which radiesse can't. It's a fact that collagen type 4 and 7 are extremely difficult to produce and are some of the most important in preventing skin ageing. Radiesse has no evidence anywhere that it can compete with products such as Sunekos in this category.
