I hope there's a gallery like in sims 4.
So... like a cross between The Sims, IMVU, and Second Life? They say this is the first MMO like this but... is it really? As I've said, I immediately thought of at least 3 similar concepts, so I want to see what is supposed to set them apart from those. I'm interested in seeing what it becomes. I want to be interested, but I need something more than building together. Is there actually something to do or is it basically a chat room to build in? Is the chat box text or audio chat? Will the graphics be upgraded? How customizable is the character creation? Is there an option for mods or adult content? What platforms will it be on? Is the goal 30fps? 60 fps? Will there be a Harvest Moon aspect where farming and ranching could be allowed?
This looks incredible (take notes EA) , but I personally prefer single player games. Does this force multilayer or can you play on your own/offline?

If you can't do singleplayer/offline I'd suggest getting both this (for online) and Paralives (for offline) :-)

What about mods , will this game support custom content and script mods ?
To be honest , a 18+ mod like Wicked Whims for the Sims 4 is for me a must have mod .

This is awesome! However, this is why I don't like people designing my houses because they have poor taste. If I can do it by myself, I'm good. But the game looks absolutely beautiful and I would love nothing more than to buy it so long as I can play by myself once in a while and no one helps me design my house.
Just curious how you'll handle time fast forwards in an online game lol
maybe just don't have fast forward easy fix instead of fast forwarding go and enjoy your viva life

Please dont forget to add big amount of customizations just like in ROBLOX ''Bloxburg'', basically take that game as referance & make the build mode better.
Walls/Windows/Custom blocks etc. so it becomes more than a game & average people can use it to visualise, re-build, design & re-design their real life houses....Nowadays its espensive to hire 3D Interior/Exterior designers to make a visual project for you in those hard programs.

I saw a retweet of this "showcase" and I felt very excited about it! I love simulator games but I've only seen this kind of "multiplayer" in Minecraft haha. Now I just want to know more about this project
Love the mechanics of the walls. Long time Sims player (found out about Vivaland on Twitter), and I could only dream for walls to work like that in the Sims. Huge cc opportunities as well. Do you know how cc is gonna work? Will there be a platform for it, or will we be able to just load it in? Great-looking game so far, though, enjoying the previews I've seen.

Why do I want a multiplayer build mode?
Looks like fake. Long time ago, there was a project “V”…. Guys showed some renders and stole money.
Looks pretty similar. One of the first video and already this? It looks like finished game! Just check paralives, we saw different stages of development, we know who are working on the game.

Current rumors are that Sims 5 will be multiplayer focused.
I can't imagine it will be anything nearly as good as what this team or the paralives team will be doing.
I just hope it has a 'control mode' where you control your sim in a similar way to 3rd/1st person games

Yeah, this game is perfect for live streamers. Like for example, they want to Collab on building this and that and other build challenges, it would be so much fun. 😆😆
It would lag on my pc/laptop though because I have like the old Asus touch screen laptop. Hahaha!
Something that can actually make you step a bit further from The Sims franchise, is to be able to put an isometric view and third person view as well so you can manage your character from a perspective thats more confortable for the player, its actually just to give more options. This is looking really awesome, would be really happy to play it someday.
You can also make the characters look more digital. less realistic so the players wont be looking at it for imperfections.

Same genre as Paralives and Sims: life-simulation game. But as far as we know, this will be the first multiplayer game.

The lifestyle looks similar to the Sims, and the architecture is similar to that of Para-Live or The Sims 3, but the realism and multiplayer that is unique to Vivaland makes you curious and curious about new news!

Very nice, but I feel things such as cushions and random chair placements as shown on this video would be hard to work around for gameplay and animation. Either way, good luck with this project, looks great so far from what I’ve seen
This looks so good!!!! I hope that the sims are realistic looking and not cartoony because paralives seems great but I’m so not into the anime style. Also hoping the sims in this game aren’t clownish like they are in the EA sims. A more true to reality would be wonderful
