If you want to flavour it, you can use about 1 tbsp of a soup pack of cream of mushroom or cheese soup pack mixed with water. But you don't have to. Just cook it nicely with water then season with salt or aromat. That's the traditional way and that's still tasty 😋
Any stew crooked goes well with samp and beans . Beef or Mutton with brown sauce made with roasted meaty bones in the oven then cooked with veg , water ,spices and reduced to a thick dark sauce . The beans washed , soaked then cooked and added to the stewed meat pot when tender . Last few minutes while warming , add chopoed parsley . This meal loves ground black pepper * Roasted onions* Braised tomatoes * Fresh garlic * One /Two green fresh chillies cut up.* Fine ground clove powder but be careful here ... a ¼ teaspoon full is sufficient as it can spoil the complete tadty meal by over spicing * The beans produces the thickness of the sauce but for those who want ...they can dip the meat in flour then braise it at the beginning of cooking . :)) My meat Suggestions on the bone. Chuck* Brisket* Lamb shoulder cut into cubes / pieces on the bone.
I'm adding more flavour to it. It's nice without cheese, but wow the cheese just takes it to another creamy level. It's not spoiling tradition if you enhance certain cuisines. You are simply elevating and celebrating the food. 👌😁Try it 🤌
